Standard Instant yeasts in Europe (any brand) have a manufacturer recommended dosage rate of one level tsp / 500g of flour. (Using your measures). So your usage rate is humongous. It's very powerful stuff. Maybe it's different in your country - but perhaps in that case you should be warning folk? Be well :)

Don’t add too much oil 1/2 cup is enough for making two large bread
