This is the second of your tutorials of yours I’ve watched. Both are excellent. You are the best at breaking it down for the beginners but also interesting enough for those that have been around for awhile. I can’t wait to watch more!
Years ago my mom made these in all types and she’d even color them in like you mentioned. She passed a few years ago and just recently my sister asked me to make them again for my niece/goddaughter baptism and I was freaking out cuz I remember somewhat how to but not the specifics… and let me just thank you for your video it’s exactly how I remember her doing it and watching you made it all click! Thank you for helping me not only make my cross lollipops a success but helping bring back precious memories of my mom! Thank you 💖
Susan I am so grateful I found your video! I'm making pops with the Air Force symbol for my son's 30th birthday! Thank you for your time! If you're a Mom, Happy Mother's Day 2018! ~Jules in RI

I have a question. I made 3D chocolate and I put it in the freezer to harden faster and now they're, sort of, sweating or water is evaporating/ condensating, how do I make it stop? Or what did I do wrong, that it's doing this now?
Using molds are super fun, but please, for your health, don't use these candies. They have marginal chocolate and more strange ingredients in them like vegetable oil, palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey powder, and the various # artificial colors. Do yourself a favor and get real chocolate that doesn't come w/all this extra garbage.

Susan, you are a wonderful teacher. Love the video.
Very useful. Thank you.
Love the video can you do a video showing how to paint the molds
Thank u
Good job 👍
Seriously thought this was Martha Stewart in jail cooking. 😂😂 the thumbnail looks like her.
Very useful
When it comes to decorating Oreos is it better to use fondant or can you use chocolate?
Either just fully coat the oreo or it will go stale faster :)
this is so cool
did u oil the candy molds? Seems like a big detail...
I never oil my molds, but I cannot speak for the creator of this video. I never have trouble removing my chocolate.
can I use fondant in a plastic mold

can i freeze ahead for baby shower?
If covered well, the chocolate stays for a very long time.

Anita Pacheco did you find the solution for this problem please?
Is it condensation? I find putting choc in freezer to harden gives it an unattractive white bloom
@@angieperry3532 Its like that if you leave it in too long. Youll notice that if warm air hits the hard chocolate the white bloom goes away :)
Thank you 😊
Sorry...pet pieve when people call this chocolate...it is not..it is chocolate flavour
