It's a good mattress.. orthopedic one.. but didn't help my back pain. It actually got a little worse. The reason I think is softness of the mattress. It's too soft. For those with back pain should go with more than medium firmness. My doctor says not to use any mattress he says " mattress use mat karo, 2 chaddar ek ke upar ek daal ke jameen par ya to Bina mattress Wale bed me daal ke so jaao.." I think that's what my back needs now.

Let me begin this by saying that we have ordered not only this wardrobe, but our bed frame, mattress, mattress cover, and sofa cum bed from Wakefit, totaling ***57,000 INR***. We ordered our wardrobe on 17th May. Shortly thereafter, we received a call from Wakefit letting us know that there was a "logistical issue" with our order and they had to reorder had to be placed through their website. Delivery was now expected on 11th June. This was an almost 1 month delay which forced us to cancel a visit from family, as we could not unpack any of our belongings after moving into our flat. Wakefit ensured that they would expedite our delivery but the opposite happened. Our order status was updated to show delivery on 12th June. However, on 12th June, we received no order and no communications from Wakefit. On 13th June, we called Wakefit and they said the product had been damaged during delivery and ensured that a replacement would be delivered within 48 hours. On 14th June, again, we received no delivery and no communications from Wakefit. On 15th June, we called again. Wakefit told us that their delivery partner called both phone numbers associated with the account and didn't receive an answer from either. They also claimed that were denied at apartment security. However, this is not possible. Both numbers were working properly and received other calls throughout the day. Neither number received any calls from Wakefit on the 14th. Furthermore, we spoke with apartment security, who confirmed that no one arrived for our delivery yesterday and that no deliveries are ever denied by security. This means that either the customer service representative and/or the delivery partners were directly lying to us. After delaying an order for almost a month, especially for a loyal client that had already given over half a lakh to their company, we are extremely disappointed with Wakefit's service. We have called our order and strongly recommend against buying any products from this disorganized, disrespectful, and dishonest company.
I'm also in the same situation now we have ordered a mattress on Feb 7 the amount of 9800 was debited to their account but till they didn't tell a single information about the money we have paid. The order page is also blank. Daily we have called to customer service they gently said wait for 24 hrs. But this is more than one week we didn't get any information about our money. Will u please help me how to rectify the problem. Please say atlast you got the product or not
