    Hi sir mere gharme neighbour ne bina bataye wall me rebar kiya hai aur mera bhi construction chalu hai aur mera grampanchayat mei ata hai aur mere pass construction permission nahi hai.

    क्या कोई भी व्यक्ति अवैध निर्माण का सिविल सूट का केस फाइल कर सकता है जबकि वो अवैध निर्माण उसके इलाके में नही हो रहा है कोई रूलिग हो तो बताए

    Sir mene ek rti ki thi usme pata chala hai ki vo construction illegal tarikese hua hai magar kuch political ke wajahse waha ham kuch bhi nahi kar sakte hai,ab aap batao usko dimolition kaise karva e.

    🙏Sir my house built prior to BBMP limits in 1986, after 1998, the area came under BBMP, From 2003 and 2018 I had floors, but defiantly the contractors with BBMP oral understanding plan to deviate in the buildings. Now in my case, my neighbor has encroached my area and trying to talk about my building violations. The issue is district court, my suite was on encroachment, but the defendant advocate only talks about deviations in building setbacks and floor additions. The encroacher has property in many areas with any setback his buildings are constructed one another. But in my case small variation in setbacks and 1/2 floor added in third floor. The area is not a posh and E/F zones, please suggest🙏

    Sir, dda ne 2nd floor tak allot kiya hai, 3rd floor 2nd floor wale ne bana liya hai, kya ise demolish karvaya ja sakta hai kya. Ya jisne banaya hai vo bachaa sakta hai

    Sir agar koi zamindar apni zameen kiray par deta hai aur wou road ke side mai jha khet hote hai wou hatakar scrap market bana rakhi hai tou usse hataya jaa sakta sdm se kyunki sir wou jagah par scrap dukaan khonla illegal hai please bataye sir

    आज कल शहर की जमीनें बहुत महंगी है और आम आदमी शहरी इलाके मे 800-1000 की जगह खरीद कर घर बनवा सके ये ही बहुत मुश्किल होता है उपर से जब घर का नक्शा पास होता है तो 60-70℅ एरिये मे ही निर्माण की स्वीकृत मिलती है ऐसे मे जब इतने छोटे भूखंड मे इन नियमों का पालन नही किया जा सकता तो 80-90℅ के एरिये मे निर्माण करा लिया जाता है और उसी वजह से दुश्मन पड़ोसी नगर निगम मे दबाव बनाकर मेरे घर को तोड़ने का नोटिस कटवा देता है ऐसे मे मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ?

    Sir mera injunction ka case dala hua hai. Opposition ke pas forged documents hai property ke. Waqil saab unse mil gye hai. Court se stay aaj tak nhi mila dedh saal ho gye, waqil ne koshish hi nhi kri. Ab June me court ki chhutti hai. Iska faayada uthakr pakka Nirman chal rha hai. Mai usko kaise rukwao. Mai bahut pareshaan hu. Please help.

    Sir 25..30 meter away from my house A builder is building more than 50 flats in my neighborhood in 700 sq yards area illegally without MCD permission...I have also complained to the police and Municipal Corporation of Delhi,SDM but no action is being taken ..how can i get stay order on that property..i have to file case against him..
