I found the map near the 30-31 location i did not know that place existed thanks for this
If you're 100% sure that you have all 42 docs but the game displays 41/42 just try to quit to main menu and continue, that fixed it for me.
(You could miss #17, it is very commonly mistaken for a looted document)

If you see your map and can't find where is the last document you missing.....probably you miss 17.
Thank You For The Help I Was At 41/42 and was at around 99% complete and could not find that last one.. this videos great.. it's in sections with map markers I was able to easily eliminate and identify the missing doc.. thanks..

Anyone else stuck on this one like myself, you travel to 'Wild Jungle' camp. Follow the water to the left then at the deep end climb up to the left & keep climbing till you reach the top.

Would #17 be the one right close to a Sarcophagus (on map) near the Head of the Serpent base camp? If so then I'm with you. I just need that one to 100% that area. 🙂
Can anyone help? I'm at 41/42 and this is not cuz i missed one. I was at 38/42 documents, then i got one so got 39/42 and then i failed to jump somewhere and died. When i respawned, i wwas at the documents location. Map shows it looted, there is no documents but my document number went down to 38 when i died. Then i got all others, but i got stuck at 41/42. :(

I think my save gets a bug on one of the documents and didnt count it, because i get them all but the game still say 41/42 documents... :/ Ruined run i Guess :(
Me too, I left the game last year because I was 1 document from 100% but there is nothing left on the map, been going around so many times. I was so ready for the Game Plus mode but ended tired of the game instead.

Ya le encontré solución de 41/42 documentos lo que yo hice fue entrar en la partida y después de un rato me salí al menú principal después me fui a opciones en accesibilidad y desactive "Restricciones de atuendo en la ciudad oculta" y en Marco "si" y entre otra ves al juego y me dio los logros que me faltaban

Not sure if my game is glitched, but the hole in the cave u went through near the fishing district is blocked so I don't have access to those documents. Anyone else have the same problem?

I thought i was crazy bcs i got 41/42, counted 42 on my map and i did exactly the same as in the video but im still at 41. I see that im not the only one and its just a "bug" i guess
It's be nice to know how to reach these areas.
Reading the comments here and I guess I have the same bug of only having 41/42 registered. Maybe it registers after completing the game and it might not matter to the platinum. We’ll see.

I WAS LOOKING FOR DOCUMENT 17 FOR OVER 4 HOURS NOW CAUSE THE STUPID INGAME MAP SAYS ITS PART OF BELLY OF THE SERPENT SINCE ITS IN THAT REGION. WHAT THE ACTUAL F.

It's very near the Wild Jungle crypt, but not the one listed as being so in the guide. The one listed as "Crypt, wild jungle", is actually right after you go through the crag in the wall after scaling the cliff, which is more like the entrance to the area than the crypt area.

Picked up every single one of them but I'm at 41/42 one of them is clearly bugged there goes my platinum trophy
Actually completing the game and hitting Continue seemed to fix it and register them as found

Ive watched everything. 41/42 still. I watched the exact points. And you say there are 2 in the temple of the sun. Site include 4 around that area. I just found 3. Cant find the 4th im so sick of bullshit gamemakers like this. Icon on icon ffs
