Now let's talk about your question, first of all I want ask you that are you making this project for class X?
If yes, then you don't need to explain ant kind of diagram as it is out of the syllabus of class X and till XII.
If you want to know this for the sake of knowledge then, in simple words it is the excess of total demand corresponding to total supply (with reference to full employment level) in an economy.

Perfectly fine for class 12 but not for class 10 as there are only 3 types of projects recommended by cbse.
But our teacher told us about that

I don't know why your teacher has given you this project, for understanding purpose its good. But for class 10th its not appropriate. As per cbse you can make project on social issue or consumer rights or sustainable development.

I think, it doesn't fall under social issues. But do confirm it from your teacher. It's a big NO from my side.

See if you would like to explain the demerits of a policy, you are required to explain the policy first in full detail. It will take a lot of pages and explaining the demerits will will again require some space.
