the valued clients are allowed to buy the track only versions and use on ferrari's tracks even if they aren't street legal (similar to the mc12 corsa and fxx program)
They are not owners. What Ferrari does is ask u to pay money for their XX cars development. And u get to drive them at specific times of the year at some race tracks. The ppl who pay up does not own the cars as they are not suitable for road use. If after the development stages are over, it might be possible they could buy it. But u still need Ferrari to maintain it as everything on this cars are different.
I think they are pro racing drivers because before Ferrari allow you to drive one of their cars that is not street legal, owners should obtain a pro licence. Not exactly sure, but that's what I've heard. Hope I helped in a way :)

I am a big fan of the zonda and it's exhaust. This is a close second to the the zonda's sound.
