    Nikki and Prince, there's a reason why both of you left your busy schedules abroad to come down to supervise your construction personally. If I were committing this much funds into a project in Ghana, I bet you I won't expect anything less than what you guys did.

    I did watch this project for the first time when you guys showed the location. The architectural drawing is beautiful but I will never build and live in the hilly rocky terrain. The view alone is not enough. After building, living in such an area, day to day movement, rainy season, in an emergency getting easy access is a lot to consider so for that reason , living in this area is a no for me but to each his own. Kudos to you guys for taking on this project.

      This is an upcoming site and I believe in due time access roads will get better. I’ve seen improvements within this past year.

    I'm building around the same area. Actually, I can see my building below where you're building. Beautiful scenery

    Hi all, Just you were using a generator for your concrete vibration machine, are you able to tell how many watt/kwa generator you were using? I'm wondering if it would suit a water pump as well. Thanks.

    In Ghana , on the ground presence by the general contractor, project manager or foreman is essential. Most of these artisans don't have the technical nous. Their attention to detail is lacking. Most projects that don't go well are due to the lack of supervision and someone who has the technical wherewithal to bring the various trades together. If you want to avoid issues down the road, then either you or someone with the same vested interest must be on the ground.

      Yes this project requires regular supervision & technical oversight. This project has a full technical team around the daily construction and we’re blessed to have Mike and Columbus to keep our standards.

    The manual approach to construction work in Ghana makes building in a rocky and hilly areas a bit cumbersome

    • @princenikki
      @princenikki  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes this terrain is challenging, you have to really adapt usually ways of using machinery etc to work up there. Challenges can be getting companies up there.
