We moved this winter to Spain to enjoy a mild one and more sunlight. Plus the view of the sea - definitely one of the best choices I made for winter so far.
You videos always special. I wish I've watched this video years before I spend my winter having tour in city like Minnespolis and regrating it days! Best
The content quality of Taylor's channel deviates close n close to progression hat's off to you for your incredibility we are always here to support you whenever and wherever you needed ❤❤❤
Scarves are life changers. Hot chocolate is very warm and cozy. Dance classes, ice skating, and gyms are all indoors. I am also feeling great about this winter compared to past years.
Taylor your videos are great I love to watch them all over and over and not get bored of them they are really fun and refreshing. All the best you look great by the way
"Thank you for the wonderful video! 🎥✨ It was a pleasure to watch, and your work is truly inspiring! 😊🌍 Sending warm greetings from beautiful Prague! 🇨🇿 Wishing you success and many more amazing videos! 🚀📹"
I live in the Midwest. ❄️🥶 I am fortunate to be able to work from home a lot post covid and during winters, I try to get out mid day for a 30-45 min walk with my dog to get in sunlight and peak warmth I would not otherwise get if I walked her before or after the 8-5 work day. It makes for a more productive afternoon and evening. Even if it’s a busy work day, I’d rather take the break mid day to go outside to get sun and work later into the evening while it’s dark.
I lived for NYC for 10 years, and every winter I hated it, spent the past winter in the city, and it wasn't too bad, because I had the proper clothing: patagonia long underwear, leather jacket with fur, russian fur hat, and when it was snowing: patagonia ski jacket. I used to wear a Saint Laurent coat and layer with designer clothes, I looked awesome, but froze every time I went outside lol
loved this, esp the pretentious names lol (my fave was anticipation architecture)!!! only like halfway through the video and i think it's my second favorite video on your channel.
@@TaylorBell the nyc apartment tour-a classic, but it was fun but also taught me all about flex walls which was super helpful, and that video introduced me to your channel and it's only been upwards from there tbh
It's just a point of view. Most successful people may receive unjustified negative comments from people who feel jealous. But with Taylor Bell, because she's such a beautiful, kind, happy woman, everyone's first thought is to compliment her. Because she's so lovable and humble even as she accomplishes so much. Thank you for being you, Taylor.
Hey Taylor! Would love to know more about the system/ process you have for making your vides from idea all the way to publishing. Would also love to know all the gear/ equipment, video editing software, and online tools you use in your process. I am in the beginning stages of planning my own TH-cam business and it would be so helpful!!! Love your videos so far btw, they have been super insightful in starting my own journey.
No bad weather? So true! This Michigander walks in the Oregon rain, 3 miles every day. Dress for it, and challenge Mother Nature to drive you inside. Yep, 77 this year. Go Blue! 🤘🏻👽
Hi Taylor! I love your videos. ❤ At 7:50, it looks like you’re making a dip with Greek yogurt and cucumber. It looks yummy. Could you share the name/recipe of the dip?
Hey, awesome video. I want to share some things that helped me enjoy winter: 1. I stopped seeing it as a 'dead season' and started embracing the cozy, slow-living vibes 2. I read all books on mindBloomery. It's honestly kind of knowledge that stays with you forever. Just what I needed for my mental wellbeing 3. I stopped isolating myself during winter periods
This is exactly the motivation I needed this winter to get more active!! I used to be active in winter past years but this year somehow I became inactive and stayed indoors. I will start to incorporate the tips to get back to an active life style again ❤️ Thanks a lot Taylor 😄
It’s only in the last year or so I realised how 2-3 hours moderately hard work in my garden can transform my state of mind - and I especially love doing this in bad weather! It’s my equivalent to your winter run Taylor. The “dopamine boost” I get from this is like magic, it’s really noticeable…
As a Canadian with arctic weather half the year, this was really fun to watch haha 😄💚 A lot of northern cultures just slept a lot more in winter and let themselves rest, so it's ok to lean into the lower energy that comes from darker days too ❄
Really enjoyed this video! I totally relate to the winter challenges you mentioned, especially since I live in Norway. The cold, dark days can be tough, but finding ways to stay active, productive, and embrace the winter definitely makes a difference. Loved the tips you shared!
love these, but walkability in NY and desire to go outside?-Can you address how you deal with all the tourists and giant egos that will walk into you/hit you with their bags/elbow you (on purpose)/spread out across the sidewalk so you have to either play red rover or stand still while the school of idiots waddle around you ? 😅👍
i'm brazilian, and your videos appeared randomly to me and i'm really enjoying following your content thanks for making videos like this! Big hug from Brazil
Just curious - you read a lot, and seem to read "old fashioned" paper books. Do you read other formats as well, e.g. Kindle, tablet/phone, etc.? What's your split of formats? And what format did you use as a student at UPenn? THANKS - PS I read a lot too, probably 50-50 paper books/e-books.
I live in Boston, and my biggest winter hack is planning lots of ski trips in the winter. It makes you look forward to the snow and having something fun to do in the winter!
The last one really resonated with me. I live in a very rainy city with little snow but very damp cold winters. After having lived in stylish cities all my life, I had to rethink my wardrobe and dress for purpose not for style. And now I really love winters. Still prefer cold and sunny to overcast and rainy but rain and hail doesnt stop me from biking anymore.
Hey Taylor, thanks for doing this. This has honestly come at the right time for me just because I’ve been feeling ‘depressed’ and really bored this winter in Seattle! 😂 This video is definitely motivating, thaaank you! ❤️
I normally get seasonal affective disorder this is the first winter I have not experienced it. Like you I have been more intentional this year. I have been doing more winter activities such as ice skating, seeing Broadway plays as I consider that an indoor activity, and enjoying all the lightshows for example I saw light scape at the BK Botanical gardens, and eating at cozy indoor restaurants. Enjoying catching uo on shows and cozying up on the couch. That has helped me.
Really enjoyable to watch and some interesting hacks and ideas. For me living in the UK, it’s about making the most of the daylight hours possible, to get out and do something during the day rather than jobs at home which can be done during the evenings.
Any day Taylor uploads a new video is a good day! Thanks for sharing these Winter hacks! It's funny, because the way you feel and live during this season there it's how I experience Summer in Buenos Aires. I'd like to take this opportunity to share that for my fellow people who have a hard time dealing with hot weather. A bit of context: Winters here are not really cold (2°C/35°F - 12°C/53°F), but in Summer the temperatures can go up to 35°C/95°F, sometimes even 40°C/104°F. My blood pressure is naturally a bit lower than normal, and because Summer here can be hot (and very humid too), it drops even more. In other words, when it's hot, my energy levels are super low, and partly becasue of that, my days are also shorter, as I get tired easily. So, I spend a good amount of time indoors to avoid the weather outside during that season. And I did feel like I was probably wasting time during those months too. So, for the last couple of years, I started to use the time I spend home in Summer to read a lot, maybe watch a show that I've been wanting to start for a while or work on a personal project. For me, it's more about the pride of not letting the weather stop me from working on myself and enjoy the day. Then, when the cold weather finally arrives and I have a lot more energy and hours in my day, I can go out more and enjoy the city. Thank you again for sharing this, Taylor! I'm glad that you're finding a way to enjoy more this season. You look happier and that's always great to see! I will try to adapt some of your tips to my routine here during Summer.
Hi pretty girl, I’m in the prairie province of Manitoba in cold Canada. And we just had a two week stretch of -38 Celsius. But today it’s warmed up to -24 C. It’s just a part of life up here, but when there’s no wind chill, it’s quite beautiful. Having said that, booking a trip to Hawaii with my twin sister every winter helps immensely🥶
I like how you tried to put a positive spin on the winter! The darkness can be brutal. For me, I have a harder time getting up in the morning at 6 AM when it's dark in the winter....I have to wake up at that time to go to my office for work but I'd prefer to wake up when the sun rises. I love how in the summer in NYC, the sunrise time is soo early......I get so much done when I wake up at 5:30 AM or 6 AM in the summer and the sun is shining brightly and it's not too hot yet.
Love this so much! You HAVE to chase that sunlight in NYC. My morning walks to get light is the highlight of my day. ☀
I’ve also found taking advantage of jet lag to fix my sleep schedule incredibly effective! So glad to see someone else thinking the same way!
using the time wisely so that when spring arrives, you’ll look back and feel proud of how you spent your winter. ❤

could not agree more on winter gear, a well bought Triple Fat Goose or Canada Goose Jacket are literally LIFE changing in the cold

Great idea about having a routine one day a week that you look forward to
