And it doesn’t have to be hard. You can work your way up to longer and faster walks, alternate walking speeds. Just push yourself a little bit every day and you can see benefits. My Story: I'm a filmmaker by trade. In 2016, we sold our house to go traveling for the year in Europe. Since I couldn't work there, I decided to start another TH-cam Channel. I love walking as a way to explore and this was an easy thing to share. It got popular and I've continued. My goal is to share these treadmill travel videos to help make your work out fun with virtual walks to make the cardio go more quickly.

I was just glad to see that Rome is a real functioning city and not just a tourist destination filled with the ancient history and old stone buildings that we usually see in travel videos. This was a tour of a real city, not just an old city. Thanks.

Thank you so much for asking this because, Yes, I really do and it's reassuring to know I'm not the only one. I see some other channels that aren't that different that manage to take off and I can't figure out why. I did pay for advertising a couple times and, while I can't prove it and I'm probably wrong, it feels like the algorithm says "he'll pay us more if we don't promote his videos". I've tried to mix things up a few times but nothing seems to work. Hang in there though. I hope the cycle turns and we can figure it out. -H

Hello Henry, very nice walk glad you still do the talks i also find it hard to explain what i want to say about land marks but you seem to have it cover. i try to use a script but it never goes to plan lol but yeah love the walk and Rome was very cool .
HI Brett, thanks so much. The talking thing is tough. I think practice will help but I also prefer to just acknowledge my own limitations and accept that its not going to be perfect. Making these brings me a lot of joy in different ways so I try to improve without worrying about perfection, if that makes sense. Keep on steppin' -H
Hi Henry. Thanks for this walk. I got excited when you cut through a park. I probably should not get excited watching someone cut through a park, but to me, even the smallest bit of green space in a city is sort of a victory. Did you enjoy Italy more this time around as an older and wiser man, than when you went in your younger days?
Hi Tom, you always bring the great, though-provoking questions. Thanks. I totally agree with you about the difference trees and green space make in a city. Though, if the alternative is suburban sprawl, I'll take the city, I guess. As for the difference, It's hard to say. The first time around I was in my very early 20's and everything was new and exciting. There was so much to figure out but it was also a bit simpler. Now, however, I can afford to eat a bit nicer food, stay in a bit nicer places, and don't sweat too much the cost of entry to a museum or archaeological park (though it IS times 4 and I'm still cheap). So, and I know this is a bit of a cop out, I guess it's a bit of a wash. Both have their benefits but I wouldn't change either one.
