Hell yea it’s worth it. I got a 21 when they had 0 for 72 deal going on and man I love this SUV so damn much. It drives like a bigger WB SP charger with AWD (4.5 0-60), cargo, and towing capability(8700 lbs) too. Tell me what SUV does that for 75K?
At $75k, there are very few 3 row SUVs that can match this thing’s performance. However, if you dont need all 3 rows, I’d probably rather go with a BMW X5 40i fully loaded for the same price. You only lose a little bit of performance, but you get a much nicer interior with more luxury features.
@@Matt-ko5ib x3m is awesome, hard to compare new vs. used though. If that were an option, you can find X5 and X7 M50i's with the 4.4 twin turbo V8 for $75-80k depending on year/mileage etc.
I mean, if you wanted to remove the I terror features.got a holley dominator computer. Aftermarket intake manifold, headers, and a cam & tune. The 6.4 can put out as much hp as the hellcat. That's how much power these engines are capable of. And that's just touching the iceberg.
If it had more HP yes. The way it is no. Doesn’t have the creature comforts inside like euro cars. But is fun to drive, after 5 min I wished it had another 100hp. But like I said it’s alright, peeps make sure not to overpay, be careful borrowing money. Also the tail light bar is the “Race Track”. Think Tron. Lol
Not worth it. I got a 2021 RT, Tow N Go with all options for $56k. I also just bought the new Whipple 3.0 supercharger for $9k. My friend's performance shop will install for $1,500. total spent = $67k and I'll have almost 480 Wheel HP or about 600 Crank HP.
I've always loved the Durango, but it is really looking like it needs an update to compete with the Grand Cherokee L. Any idea if one is on the cards soon?
@Br99klyniNg24_8 the interior needs an update. And that foot brake needs to go. The seats are old, the dash is mediocre, and the guage cluster is functional but old-fashioned. The exterior style is cool and should be modernized but kept familiar.
@waynelion-cachet35 and with all that most would still rather own that beast of a Durango srt instead of the Grand Cherokee L. That new look is hideous
Not in the least bit. An awd r/t starts at $54.5k, and no way I'd choose it over my ST. Now while I do like the durango a lot, I just don't like it at that price point as way over what I got the ST for. Then for the SRT, which is really nice, it's just not 75k nice. Yes it outperforms my $50k ST from the factory, or about $57.5k if they were similarly packaged, but with my $800 tune, I'll walk the SRT durango and the scatpacks.
The SUV that thinks its a muscle car... when really it is! Great review!!
The Tow N Go 5.7 make the burble sound. The 392 is just a beast. And the Hellcat Whines. Gotta Love Dodge…💯🔥🚀
Amazing SUV my favorite,I love Dodge
I had a charger SRT an the jeep SRT but my new Durango SRT the best especially if u have a few little ones it's comfy
You FINALLY mention the "0-60" time for a vehicle you're reviewing 😉
I don’t know why,, but something about old yellow bulbs on the interior for a 70k vehicle grinds my gears.
100% worth it, I ordered mine and with a control number I paid a lot less. It was 80k with the eco on I get 20 hwy and track around 9.8mpg
What color did u get?
@@rene9804 they only offered 4 colors at that time so destroyer gray, black package and red leather inside. I got a cold start video on my page.
Please explain how or why ordering with a control number means. Thanks.
@@TinaChristinaTD you or your parents have to work for dodge. It’s a true employee discount code.
@@duaneknight631 destroyer grey is defintely the best color for it imo.

Can confirm. Such a kickass vehicle
It is sweet for a driver perspective, can’t wait for BOF style next year!
This 22' Dodge Durango SRT looks amazing.
Terrific job with your content as always Ben.
Dream SUV 😮😮😮💣

I got a slightly used x3m for around the same price. I think it’s better for everything but more passengers. But the v8 roar is awesome!!!

Highly doubt it’s actually 75K I’m sure it’s actually in the 90s
The dealership has it on their website for 75k. No clue if they will honor that
@@carguyeyedoc mine only had 2800 miles. Still had the plastic pieces that I got to peel off :)
Ben, I bought a new one today. It’s bad ass!
Evo mode is for the EPA💯👀

Dream car
2023 hellcat Durango!
The almost perfect weight distribution makes it feel very planted ..

if they are willing to sell 10% under msrp i would buy...
It's definitely now or never... dealership told me they're $10k over sticker price. That puts the one I was looking at, at $92k.
Do you use Google glasses or are you wearing a helmet with a go pro? How are you having it follow your head movements?
Head strap with GoPro

The shifting paddles on the steering wheel are very ugly.
When crypto explodes in price I’ll need this from your company

Don't fix whats not broken. I'd like to believe that's dodges motto
Compete????. Tell me where the DURANGO needs to compete with a bodystyle that most prefer the older bodystyle to?

@Br99klyniNg24_8 I far prefer the Durango style, but it is 2023 and it needs the tech and style updates.
Wow a 392 with 6.4 V8 with 475hp
It's nice but it's to expensive
