It’s great that you think about the environment but maybe there is an alternative that does not use so much plastic 🙈

The roller is made from Pink Quartz as Pink amethyst doesn't exist! If you get a roller that made from Amethyst it will be purple and green ones are made from Jade

A foam roller for back pain is perfect! My husband uses one for his, recommend by his physical therapist. Be careful though, like she said if you are already in pain it can be painful. Results take a while but it does work.

The jade rollers are mainly for lymphatic drainage, which can also help reduce puffiness. You might not visibly see results, but they are great!
