If you're not in the mood to make the sauce Kiona made, try Yum Yum sauce. It's similar to her version . I'm from South Carolina and I buy mine from Food Lion...tastes really good. Just a suggestion 💜

Philly doesn't use bell peppers. You get either long hots or sweets. The only seasoning is salt and pepper. Sauteed white onions. No garlic. Provolone cheese and shaved rib eye steak.
