He Is tecnically a example of a malfuctioning respawning, like tested in a documents, After respawning he convuls for several seconds before succumb and wake up, and After that, he get some brain damage than cause him to have a highly belove iq. (Simply the scout Is the proven subject of how the respawn machine can cause anomaly). Conaghers: probably working with Elix ( i am going to explain that later), they run the slaughter house and they have apparently been mutated by the respawn machine, losing their eyes. They guard the briefcase, until the alterego of medic kill them, we only see them again in the last scene where you can see them in dell bar.
Second part. Soldier: the only man than make It out of the slaughter house and dind't get mutated or heavily mutilated mentally and fisically. He was cloned and sell like a soldier Toy because he was the definition of loyalty and bravery. Its also implied than he Is the mercs with the lowest respawning risk rate. Spy: at First glance Spy seems the Classic cold and professional detective Who wants to do the job clean and done, but as the movie progress, we can see him in Is true color as a hipotric materialist. Demoman: i have a theory on him, because he was confirmed than emesis Blue took Place in the Same universe as Spy disguise, we can though than he was the demo in Spy disguise, in that sfm he wanst killed, so probably he survived and get caught by helix agents and brought to 2fort for questioning. Sniper: the only One of them Who can remember the time spent in the void than It Is the afterlife, waiting for respawning. As we can see he to became an anomaly like the other mercs. He probably work too with helix along side the conaghers, heavy and pyro.

This corporation was One of the many corporation Who causes this. The Red and blu Brothers: like in the comics, but with out getting killed by Gray.
Final part. Dell conagher: he was the Little Brother than engi refers too in the intell room. He was the same Person Who serves demo wisky at the bar and he was the same man Who gives medic the bathroom keys at the end.
