bhai meri honda civic mai bhi castrol ka pura 4 ya 5 litre daal sakta hu na without any water mixing or distilled...bcoz I want to use only pure coolant..I hope it doesn't effect my radiator or engine plz let me knw I am just confused here only

@@vivek197sharma7You are NOT supposed to use Coolant concentrate only, read what the coolant bottle says, it would specify the ratio, example, 1:4 means you need to mix 1 L coolant with 3L distilled water. Most Coolants are concentrate and using coolant only would cause more problems than running tap water itself. Some Coolants are diluted and you can use them as is without any mixing. Also refractometer is not an ideal device to test a coolant's effectiveness or heat dissipating quality, it just tells you the concentration and that's it.
Coolant is not the cooling portion of system. We have very misinformation that coolant cools the engine. It's the water that cools the engine. The coolant works as an anti freeze to lower freezing point of water, also rust prevention of engine parts and lubricate the water pump. Using only coolant will not help in proper heta transfer and engine will have hot spots. Always use battery water or distilled water with atleast 50% ratio.
All these wrong information of only coolant is floating on TH-cam now a days.
And colour doesn't matter. Green, red or blue. Just use what is coming fr factory. Someone commented green is bad and clogs radiator. Nothing like that. Duplicate coolant will clog radiator. Use original or good quality coolant.
Just check the vehicle manual to check what coolant to use.
Because the engineers who designed the engine know more than any random mechanic who works on the car.

There are two types of coolant available in market. the concentrated one where we don't have to mix anything in that and we can use it directly without adding water. For example : Toyota, Honda etc make.
Another one is the solid one where we have to use water and mix it as per the specs mentioned on company packing bottle.
It works as a antifreeze during cold conditions and as a coolant during hot conditions. Ultimately it's the radiator that cools down the liquid. And it's chemical properties stops it from freezing.

But coolant comes in 4 types, ethylene glycol based coolant, organic acid based coolant, inorganic acid based coolant and hybrid acid based coolant.
Usually long life coolant comes premixed and need to be directly added. Long life coolant are hoat coolant.
The new trend is using ethyl glycol coolant directly. Which is bad and damages cooling system

It should be used as 1 part of coolat with 3 parts of distilled water,
I think this coolant from Castrol is the common coolant easily available in car shops. This one is old inorganic tech. Hyundai dealers now use Blue OAT coolant which is super long life. Usually with non-OAT coolant you need to change it every 40,000 kms but with new OAT coolants it lasts upto 1,00,000 kms and even more. So change your coolant at Hyundai service centre.

It's better to use some distilled water in coolant but yeah it doesn't means that we can't pour coolant directly, Check your engine specs and use accordingly but most of the coolants required to add battery grade distilled water at an ratio of 33:67 or 25:75 or sometimes it's around 50:50 but in market there are coolant available which doesn't require additional water on it and can be poured directly.

और गरम प्रदेश में coolant में पानी ज्यादा डालना होता है ताकि coolant ज्यादा गरम ना हो।

bro it's Castrol Radicool which is concentrate therefore add about 25% water i.e ( if your car has 4 liter coolant capacity then add 3 liter coolant and 1 liter water)

There is connection. If temp goes high more than designed parameters, car will trip the ac to save the load on engine. That's how ecu is tuned. So yes your engine cooling has an effect on ac cooling
