    Thank you for this! I just pulled some chicken feet out of the freezer from when I processed 30 meat birds. I didn’t want to throw away the feet, but I’ve never used them before. I will pressure can the stock to make delicious soups this winter.

      me too ! when I was a child I always saw elders keeping feet and the tip of wing to use them to make chicken soup, but I couldn't remember how they was processed ^^

    The skin comes off easier if you clip the toenails first. I also cut out the vein. Delicious in a slow cooker.

    Nop. U don't need ice just boiling water u put it in there les than 2 minutes and hot u start peeling it, if u use cold water the skin get hard again..

    Super! Thank you. Those are some massive feet you have there! Do you remove nails because of Staph infection or because they don't soften/hazard. Does this work for other foul like duck, goose, quail?

      You'll wanna get your water boiling and when I put them in boiling water and I usually leave them in the boiling water for approximately 2 minutes. It really depends on how hot your water is and how many you put in. More or less you can adjust your time for maybe 30 seconds.
      Then remove and place in the ice water. Good luck 🙂
