2. Attacks
LP - (Light Punch) * also named Weak Punch. Xbox 360 Controller= X \PS3 Controller= Square [ ]
MP - (Medium Punch) * also named Strong Punch. Xbox 360 Controller= Y \PS3 Controller= Triangle /\
HP - (Heavy Punch) * also named Fierce Punch. Xbox 360 Controller= RB(Right Blade) \PS3 Controller= R1
LK - (Light Kick) * also named Short Kick. Xbox 360 Controller= A \PS3 Controller= X
MK - (Medium Kick) * also named Forward Kick. Xbox 360 Controller= B \PS3 Controller= O
HK - (Heavy Kick) * also named Roundhouse Kick. Xbox 360 Controller= RT(Right Trigger) \PS3 Controller= R2
P - Any Punch Button
K - Any Kick Button
PP - Any two Punch Buttons (pressed at the same time)
KK - Any two Kick Buttons (pressed at the same time)
PPP - All Punch Buttons (pressed at the same time). Xbox 360 Controller= LB(Left Blade) \PS3 Controller= L1
KKK - All Kick Buttons (pressed at the same time). Xbox 360 Controller= LT(Left Trigger) \PS3 Controller= L2
3. Motions
READ: Charge Special Moves are done by Holding ← or ↓ for two seconds, release it and then quickly press the input for the attack. Example - Head Press: Charge ↓ then press ↑ + K.
READ: For Special Moves to work you must do the motion first then press the last movement direction plus the attack button at the same time. Example - Double Knee Press: do this first (Charge ←) then press at the same time → + K. The same goes for all Special, EX or Super Moves.
4. Super Moves Motions (Super Combo, Ultra Combos)
Charge Supers are similar to normal Charge Special Moves. Hold ← or ↙ for two seconds, release it and then quickly press the input for the attack. Example - Psycho Punisher: Charge ← for two seconds, release it and quickly press → ← → + PPP(all Punch buttons).

Here a difference American/Japanese names of characters:
Boxer: Balrog/M Bison
Claw: Vega/Balrog
Dictator: M Bison/Vega
Master of Fists: Akuma/Gouki

It's obvious man. Some people say the nickname rather than real character names to avoid some confusion.

The down charge move and presing punch is unnamed, in Omega Mode, this move named Death Flutter.
Whoever came up with this cryptic charging shit on Bison has no soul.

Every time i want to do the ultra's i do or the super or just a psycho crusher and thats it. Cos the buttons you need to press is the same for those moves
Drewtony z Mika Vaillant do u no y within Japan Vega is Balrog Bison is Vega and Balrog is M.Bison but within America those names for changed? Because M.Bison stands for Mike Bison which sounds Mike Tyson so they thought they gotta change

Why can't I do bison warp correctly I don't understand
+Angel Sibrian Distance is all that matters. For example, if you are very far away, Bison won't teleport behind the opponent, it will teleport in front even if you press all punch buttons to perform the move. It's quite complicated. Keep practicing it. The only thing you have to do is to get the right distance.
Ahhh I semi got it. It just hard imputing the directions for me quickly. Forward, down then Diagnol that just seems so awkward for me idk whether to use analog stick or button pad x__x any tips on that?
