  • This is a review of the Mercedes BiTurbo V12 CL600! This is such a pleasure to drive. I can’t enjoy the full experience yet, cause of the worn water pump. Once that’s repaired…..I’ll do another review. Enjoy!!!

Well done on having this CL600 fixed! I can very much relate to the 'pull' instead of the 'push' you get with a CL55K. These short accelerations are of course nice, but as I mentioned in my previous comment on your first video with this car, the M275 needs time to get into optimal operating temperature. When I take mine for a drive, it's for a minimum distance of 60km. This is, after all, a highway stormer.
Also, with accelerations from standstill, you really feel the weight of this car. It's significantly heavier than the 55K. But accelerating from 100 km/h to 160, 180 or 200 km/h is amazing. The weight of the car is already moving, so full power can be deployed just to propel the CL600 forward at warp speed. The sound and feeling are really addictive.
Just don't forget to finish your ride with some calm cruising without demanding heavy lifting from those turbos.
Yes, the TCU can be tuned. I am thinking about doing that to mine.
And, I would keep the car as stock as possible. But that is just my opinion. Btw, first video of my CL600 is on my profile now.

I love your video! And…..I see atleast 6 of my past and present CL500s and widebody CL55 in your video. Yellow CL500 was mine, silver w/chrome wheels was mine and the black/gold widebody is my current car. I subscribed to your channel. Also….great advice regarding how to experience the full effects of this beautiful masterpiece. You’re making me want to keep it original……..

Brother if you was to delete just the mufflers and convert it over to straight pipe with quad tips You're gonna hear a difference in the sound You'll feel more of the power Trust me, I did that to my V12 S600 And the sound of A cold start up is out this world.

Great video. Can you take a drive on bad roads and record the bumps and noise with potholes? Then do the same drive when you switch to coilovers. Could be a great before and after

If the CAN bus is attached than yes it must be flashed. I replaced the SAM in the rear and no readdressing was needed. But that was for a fuel pump signal

The limb mode is probably the sensors all round? Automatic car wash is like a bath you don't do that!!!

At least do your usual coilover conversion before selling it.

We’ll see. If I keep it, yes. If I’m selling it maybe not. If the ABC doesn’t give me any problems, I may not convert it. The reason being, if I plan on selling it…….I want as much profit as possible. Doing a coilover conversion is additional cost that will take away from profit unnecessarily.
