    I so love your tutorials!! And some where along the way you always make me chuckle.😁 This could also be covered with baby paper for the nursery and added with the baby gift. I think you are the best teacher out there, thank you so much 💕

    Just lovely!! I think I would try to use a oval die or oval punch to cut that out

    These are gorgeous Shellie------I am going to get working on them today!!! Thank you for saying you are sometimes shaky----you are a lot younger than I am, so at least it doesn't make me think something is wrong with me----shaky and dizzy are my middle names! I love all your tutorials-I've made so many of them-thank you for doing them!

    Love these; they are so pretty. Those cube boxes have a dotted oval to punch out when you first open box; can one of those be used like a stencil?

    • @ShellieGeigle
      @ShellieGeigle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thankyou. When I looked at my punch-out my tissue box, it was way too big. It would look funny on the top of tissue box if I used it as a stencil. .

    Use the oval from an empty tissue box, Just trace it. Time saver and will be better then good enough.

    • @ShellieGeigle
      @ShellieGeigle  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Carol. I tried tracing off my tissue box but the opening was so big that it needed to be sized down, it was too close to the sides of the box.

    As I cant find chipboard in Australia and just use thicker cardstock....what weight would "medium" chipboard be please so I can compare to what cardstock I have ?. Thanks.

    • @ShellieGeigle
      @ShellieGeigle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Lindy. They don't say a weight on the package, but my medium weight chipboard is about 1/16" thick. Hope that helps.

    Great tutorial as usual, Shellie. Some narrow lace or ribbon around the oval would look nice also. Can I ask did you cut your chipboard with that fab Fiskars cutter you showed? Have problems getting an acurate cut with chipboard.

    Why couldn't you take an empty tissue box and take the top off and make a template for the hole?

    • @ShellieGeigle
      @ShellieGeigle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question ! The hole is way bigger on tissue box. If you use it as template, it will be too big and expose the tissue box. -
