Imagine being able to rent each cabin, see your neighbours live their life, use the common spaces...sigh, let's hope the Sims 5 gets back to that kind of quality and attention

I am trying to build something like this and trying to follow. But it skips a part when you bring the platform closer (left to right) but it doesn't show. How do I get it close without cluster issues?
I tried to build this in game and for some reason when I’m deleting the bottom floor to place the second one onto the tree it doesn’t place? It just automatically goes onto the bottom floor. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong pls 🥺

The bathtub is from Parenthood, and I'm pretty sure the stove is just base game
