I got confused at the end of their episode altogether. She says that she wants to try to have children BUT then she also says that she would regret that she won't have to work or miss opportunities because of it
@@frost365 This is the reason I will never make an action figure collection, so goddarn expensive and I have no money lol T-T I just have to be happy with the Portgas d Ace pop doll among the few others I have lmao
Well, in Asia usually husband paycheck directly goes to the wife account, then she is the one who gonna split it according to their house's needs and monthly spending 🤗
My husband and I eventually agreed to not spend more than $50 on off budget items unless it’s mutually agreed upon. I wish we ever had $500 a month for ourselves! Wow, that’s a lot of disposable income!
My mom usually handles all the allowances in the family. I'm from South Asia too but ig it's different with different families and their living standards/expenses
@@kats1275 but most of Korean did this. The wives handle their husband's salary & give them allowance every month instead. So, it's not weird for me anymore. Maybe, he look like her son cuz he's cute but lots of Korean men experience the same thing😂
@@kats1275 i respect that ,maybe just cultural difference hit hard for me, in my country usually wives and husbands manage their own money , there is no need to ask for money each other but ofcr handle payment or bill together

I don’t think it’s control, and it’s not with everything, most likely just money, and he’s probably fine with cause he’s seen relatives experience the same
In asia, it is common wife to manage family finances. In Korea and Japan, it is not uncommon for the salary of the couple to go into wife's account completely, then the husband gets agreed spending money from wife
@@JesseAur thank you for the information. I managed the finances for our household also, but it just seemed different that he had an allowance. She might put her self on an allowance also.
I think she mentioned in the clip that because they are both performers, their income has been affected by the pandemic. Because of this they are having to be more careful about their spending
He works buy yeah some couple, smtm it's the wife or husband take care of the family financial.. besides they are not that rich so they want to be careful of waste their money

How come the person who is actually working hard and earning the money has to give it all to his wife and then get allowance.. I don't think this controlling manipulative behavior by wives is cute..
Wow i feel sad for the husband. He is an adult, he is not a child. He should be able to spend how he likes. Maybe like give half to the wife to keep. And other half to do whatever he wants.
It’s a common practise in Asia actually. The husband earns the money and the wife manages it. This way there’s no power struggle even for housewives because they won’t have to completely rely on the husbands, and it’s not like the husbands don’t have money at all? It’s just that their spending is being adjusted. In my dad’s case if my mom didn’t do this he’d be spending everything on drones and pointless “breakthrough” investments like he always does with the money he does receive, so I think this practise is a good thing. Though I can’t say that all Asian women are good budget managers, but the majority of married people do this.
@@elinfelicia382 I'm an asian woman, yes in asia it's a practice that the wives manages the finances of the family but there are cases when the husband is better in handling the finances. However, it is better to just divide the responsibilities on payments such as who will pay for the utilities, children's tuition fees etc. This is in case both are working.

1200$ for action figure. That's why she manages the money.

True common features of Asian households. I guess thats why asian have more stable family and can manage together through thick and thin.

Every single family in my neighborhood including ours does that. I guess it's pretty common in Asian countries.
