@@daviddavis3389 Terry is the big guy standing next to Denzel. Literally the ONLY person standing close to him among the gang that surrounded him. How could you miss that. Yeah it's indeed a great movie. Great script. Focused on its objectives. Didn't try to spin some agenda. And great acting too.
That look in his eyes at the end, when he's laughing outwardly but clearly fearful internally, for an actor, that is a sign of greatness. It was over and he knew it but couldn't let them see his fear. But his eyes told you everything,.

Terry said he is also seen earlier in the film doing something on a rooftop.
Only Denzel can deliver a speech like that. We may have the words on paper, but switch Denzel for anyone else this would not be the same. Great also to see Denzel play a villain, which does not happen often. Spectacular performance.
Alonzo's death scene when he breathes heavily after getting hit by lots of bullets always reminds me of the scene when he guns down Roger and tells him to breathe, looks like he got the same fate in the end. It's as if the russians said "Breathe dog" too lmao. What a coincidence.

Hate when people say Denzel is Denzel in every movie, because he's not, he hits different emotions eloquently. I love this movie, damn it was an amazing flick and Denzel was absolutely fantastic in in. But this scene, this scene is what separates an actor from a legend. Club Shay Shay's Terry Crews interview brought me here. I've seen Training Day when it came out, but I never noticed that was Terry. He said that role led to Friday After Next.
