When I was kid and went to camp, once a week we would "hike to the fire tower" and it was such an adventure for us. We would pack our lunches and then have lunch at the fire tower. This was in PA, though. The rains in late summer are usually from the hurricanes down south. Every year, late summer...never fails. You are so funny with how you deal with the idiot trolls. I am just astonished at how many you have...really, really creepy to know that these jerks are out there. Great camping spot, and I loved the whole dinner conversation with Jax.

I grew up in upstate NY. Your footage got the nostalgia going. I don't get back there often enough. Parts of the state have been under a severe drought this year. Rain is a good thing.

Love the nature scenes & the rain. Rain is what makes nature grow so beautifully. You should love the rain for it cleans the air Earth, etc. & nourishing the plants so they can grow & be so lovely. Rain makes me happy.

Always interesting video with a few laughs and great shots. The drone really gives some wonderful perspectives. I am from Washington Staten too. Everett, Snohomish, Sultan area and these woods look more like what we are used to. No mountains, but at least the trees look familiar. Rain? I am in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on the ocean and a hot humid day can turn into a rain squall with dramatic skies, thunder and lighting, and then move overhead and we're back to sun and heat as if it never happened. Awnings can get ripped off RV's!

OMG! You're in Dansville NY.. Just a few miles where my camper is parked. Don't know where all that rain is coming from . sure is by passing us here in Rochester, NY. It's been so hot and dry here in the city so far this summer.. If your heading East Check out Canandaigua, NY. and Canandaigua Lake . (one of the finger lakes) used to be known as a resort town. Love seeing you and Jax together hanging outside sitting a a chair together. Enjoy the rest of your stay in New York . stay safe healthy and drive carefully..

Liked the video , enjoy the drone footage ! On your last video I commented on MaxAir roof vent covers you can leave the vent open during rain . I see you have a cover on cabover vent , but not the rear one . On our class B the windows open from bottom , so you can leave them open at night even if it is going to rain , love them . This campground and State Land is near my house! Just caught this video, have been watching you travels for about 6 months now. The Finger Lakes area in NY is gorgeous, each season has unique colors and foliage to go with it. I'll go back and watch your other NY videos. Enjoy Route 66!
