What is the point of hitting the antenna!? This isn’t game like and seems more of a hassle then fun.....plus we avoid the antenna at all costs in volleyball....
Looks like a fun technique drill; not so sure about the warm up part. I see many players standing still having to wait for other players and the intensity seems too low to make up for it
This warm up drill is definitely something I've not ever seen before.
And it’s also something you should never try. This was awful in my opinion. Sorry not sorry.

looked like à pain inthe ass but was actually fun
