Thanks for the reply.
Find below instruction: 1) Turn off and on the printer 2) When the "1/8" appears under the HP logo, quickly touch the screen 3) If done correctly you will enter the pre-boot menu. If not, go back to step 1 4) Go to Administrator -> Partial Clean and select OK. Nothing visible will happen 5) Go back and select Continue. Let the printer boot to language/time/date settings. This may take several minutes.
