Ot2 discography is probably my favorite k-pop discography ever. I respect their past as a group, but the duo's songs and the combination of Yunho and Changmin's voices are what made me a fan of them. The number of members and the strength of their vocals led to the realization of a diverse sound. I am also grateful to them for continuing to perform and release music. Over the years, it became obvious that music is what keeps them in the industry. And of course, the fact that they have been working together for so many years, overcoming conflicts and differences, and also seeing each other in their free time. It's just crazy. It’s an incredibly strong connection between people that can be imagined
Agreed I prefer/love them as a duo and they wouldn’t have lasted long if they weren’t good together by themselves. Changmin and Yunho are prefect together because they are completely opposite but balanced each other out. And when they became a duo they were forced to step up their game and become more well-rounded artist. Yunho vocals improved dramatically and his dancing for even better. And Changmin stepped up his dancing and finally figured his own style of dancing and improved his stage presence. You can tell that they are both on the same page on what they want to do with their career and they don’t want to rest on laurels but to continually gets better. And they alway have each other’s backs. The original 5 are great for what they were but I don’t understand why people think they should have stayed together because at least for me it’s pretty obvious if they haven’t split from the original time they would have eventually. JYJ always seemed to have different priorities and motivation (not in a bad way) but they never seemed to be on the same page with each other so I think they would have split eventually in time.
@@lunagrace2872 I agree about JYJ. Yes, I understand that those who started stanning TVXQ before 2009 miss those times. But nobody can say that everything would have been fine if the split had not happened. Anything could have happened, including disband. At the moment, ot2 has been on stage longer than ot5. Thanks to SM we have all these songs, thanks to Yunho and Changmin we are still together. Those who believe that all five should be together either regret the lost glory or live in the past or blame SM and homin for destroying their favorite group and cannot come to terms with reality.
@@bumble_feng Agreed! And looking back now I think them splitting up was probably for best for everyone personal for their careers. Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu I always felt are much more independent in their personality and wanted more creative freedom and control over their career (which I admire about them). Which for the split worked wonderful for them. JYJ was incredible successful and definitely the solo careers of Jaejoong and Junsu did incredible well. Not only did they have more creative freedom, they also ran their own careers still making them some of the riches Kpop stars still. Yoochun liked singing but it seems like he found his real passion which is acting. And from I heard he’s amazing at it and was very successful also. Unfortunately he was in a huge scandal (don’t know if it’s true or not) but it did hurt his reputation. (Thankfully he wasn’t still part of TVXQ because it would have effected their reputation also) Changmin and Yunho always seems to do well in a more structured environment like in SM. Where they can focus more improving themselves as artist and being creative in the ways they liked to be and giving the rest work to their team. And they have thrive in that environment and keep the TVXQ legacy going and making it even more popular, especially in Japan. They don’t make as much money as JYJ but it still seems like Changmin and Yunho still love their job and want to continue doing it together for a long time. So I know the split was painful for all them members and that fans. But I think it worked out for the best for everyone and how they like to work.

Thanks for checking out. Glad that you really like their songs and hope you react more songs of them. The song that you feel familiar called 믿어요 (I believe), it's the song which Doyoung, Xiaojun, and Chenle cover on SBS Gayo recently. I would recommend you to the live singing at their very first concert in Japan, "TVXQ) 'Begin+My Little Princess+HUG+Whatever They Say (Acapella ver) Budokan LIVE [KOR/JPN/ENG SUB]". This performance shows how TVXQ is formed. Just like other SM groups that have their own group concept. TVXQ is formed as an acapella dance group, everyone has their own tone and needs to complement each other. Although in this killing voice we only get to see the highest voice and lowest voice of the group, they really did a superb job singing their old songs with just 2 people.
Not only is TVXQ an SM group, so amazing vocals are a given, but they were originally supposed to be an acapella group, so they are known for having superior harmonies and vocals. Also, any of those songs that were released before 2010 were originally with all 5 members, so, for example, just wait until you see and hear "Purple Line" and "Love In The Ice" sang live with all 5 members in the song. :D They're "Rising Gods of the East" for a reason. Even after 20 years they are still continuing to break new ground and demonstrate why they are the leaders in the industry.
if you want to hear them actually "vocally flexing" you can search them singing "bolero" live as 2. it's like a full-blown vocal battle between yunho & changmin + the bridge was crazy. i think it was one of their song that push them to their limits. it's amazing u won't regret any second of it.
All songs prior to 2010 were sung by 5 members, and even though Changmin did most of the high notes back then, neither he nor *specially* Yunho had that many lines. Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun were the main vocalists of the group. After they left both Max and Yunho trained and became much better than before and it showed back when they first came back as a duo. Now 12/13 years later they still get better and better. I'm specially proud of how much Yunho improved (and let's remember he had nodules in his vocal cords a very long time ago and had to had a surgery which changed his voice and still manage to came back stronger) and I love hearing his voice, he can do weird things with it and I love it.
Gods of the east ~ If you know about TVXQ/DBSK, then you know why in 2nd and 3rd gen groups have amazing voices/main vocalists. Because there was an idol group like them. it’s actually “i really wanna /get in/ touch with myself” if i remember correctly 😂😂😂 TVXQ’s lyrics for this were a bit 🤯 when i first encountered it in 2008 (when i became a fan) thank you for your reaction to TVXQ’s killing voice. you’ve already reacted to Rebel and Down which you’ve also heard here. you’ve just experience their vocals and how wide their range is. this group is my OG. they are what got me into kpop. yes, they were once 5, but shit happens and they are now a duo but the circumstances proved to be their chance to improve in all their skills, esp ones that they weren’t as good as before (yunho’s high vocals and changmin’s rapping & dance) i LOVE all their ballads and the ones they sang here are all my favorites ❤❤❤ their vocals on LITI are just *chef’s kiss* you should go watch their performance of Why Did I Fall in Love with You?, Bolero and Love in the Ice (japanese - originally LITI was in japanese and changmin helped write /translate the song into korean for their 4th album that included mirotic)
Until this day, SM can't hire professional translators, or at least someone who could write ,,normal" lyrics in English. I cringe so bad when I hear ,,Purple Line". They have the most beautiful, profound lyrics, and then ... this.

Thank you for doing a reaction video of TVXQ. I've been a TVXQ fan since 2005 (long-time fan and still am today). I'm glad that TVXQ is still known today, and each year, each of the members (5 of them) are still doing what they love. They've been an amazing group throughout my life, and no K-pop group can really touch my heart besides TVXQ. When you watch their old live videos, you can feel their chemistry, their feelings, and the emotion through the lyrics.
TVXQ band! It's a group with good singing skills. I would like to introduce you to the songs from 2004 - 2009 when they were 5 members. I guarantee you will be impressed.
DBSK ot5 will forever be the best vocal group in kpop no one can convince me otherwise. Even when theres only 2 of them they will always kill it, this is already my favorite Killing Voice i love them so much hope they keep making good music for a very long time ❤
OT5 songs are rich with harmonies the best harmony i ever heard in k-pop. I highly recommend live versions of their ballads. Start with Tonight, Bolero, Love in The Ice. Thank you for the reaction ❤
I hope you'll react to 'Purple Line' of 5 members era next!🤗🥺🙏🏽✨ It's soo hot, famous and a legend song of them! I've loved TVXQ since around 2008! 🤔🤗 Please react to 'Something' / 'Spellbound' too! 🥺🥲🙏🏽💕 Thank you so much! I miss 5 members era but so happy Yuno and Changmin keep on protecting TVXQ after 3 members leaving TVXQ 😭🤦♀️ TVXQ also did Japan debut, so they're loved by soo many Japanese (;ᯅ;) Their Korea and world fandome name is Cassiopeia but only Japanese fandome name is Bigeast🤧😭🤦♀️ They're special for Japanese.
Plz react to XIA Junsu’s Killing Voice episode, he’s one of the formers of TVXQ back when they were still a 5 member group, and he was the lead vocalist of the group.
Tvxq are actual ogs in the kpop industry and pioneers but many new kpop stans do not know this due to the lawsuit and blacklisting between 3 of the used to be Tvxq members & sm I’m so glad more people are discovering them I reccomend the 5 member version of bolero live & tonight you will be blown away their vocals are my favorite (also I enjoyed ur reactions to changmins high notes I reccomend a choikang changmin high note compilation his vocals are insane)
The 2 of them is already awesome. You should have seen when there were 5 of them. 5 of them together when they're singing giving goosebump. Their vocals is out of this world.
Hello, I liked your reaction but you have to react to the original songs where the 5 are, specifically the song TONIGHT, LOVE IN THE ICE in concert and BOLERO also in concert, since you might like those, but DBSK(TVXQ) as a group has very good songs in both Korean and Japanese, because they promoted Kpop in Japan, that's why they are better known there
insane vocals and they're only two imagine with all members . DG you have to react on the hologram musical made by SM "School oz " with many SM artist like Seulgi , Kei ,Luna ,Yoona and of course Max as main character it's master piece for many reason . - first because it's made with hologram i see it on a SM theater and it's insane . -second because of the line up -third because of Max vocals showcase if you can't find the all show react on the MV OST of the show th-cam.com/video/UyKwMZ0KoXU/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=SMTOWN

it’s actually “i really wanna /get in/ touch with myself” if i remember correctly 😂😂😂 TVXQ’s lyrics for this were a bit 🤯 when i first encountered it in 2008 (when i became a fan)
thank you for your reaction to TVXQ’s killing voice. you’ve already reacted to Rebel and Down which you’ve also heard here. you’ve just experience their vocals and how wide their range is. this group is my OG. they are what got me into kpop. yes, they were once 5, but shit happens and they are now a duo but the circumstances proved to be their chance to improve in all their skills, esp ones that they weren’t as good as before (yunho’s high vocals and changmin’s rapping & dance)
i LOVE all their ballads and the ones they sang here are all my favorites ❤❤❤ their vocals on LITI are just *chef’s kiss*
you should go watch their performance of Why Did I Fall in Love with You?, Bolero and Love in the Ice (japanese - originally LITI was in japanese and changmin helped write /translate the song into korean for their 4th album that included mirotic)
Until this day, SM can't hire professional translators, or at least someone who could write ,,normal" lyrics in English. I cringe so bad when I hear ,,Purple Line". They have the most beautiful, profound lyrics, and then ... this.
Either that or it's "I really wanna touch /it/ myself". If i remember the explanation back then 🤣
best of the best
absolute kings. 😍 mirotic will always be a bop!
some of TVXQ"s japanese anniversaries tours ♥ 15th&18th

7:48 LMAO this is hilarious
I just started to see the video, and what I am going to say is nothing related with TVXQ, but I must to said it, THAT haircuts and color really suit you ☺️💕 and Happy New Year!
Now, I continue watching the video 😊
You should check out Love Line and Chance of Love mvs.
Kings!!!!
LMAOO don't worry you're not alone in 'touching' lololol
Thank you so much
DBSK ot5 will forever be the best vocal group in kpop no one can convince me otherwise. Even when theres only 2 of them they will always kill it, this is already my favorite Killing Voice i love them so much hope they keep making good music for a very long time ❤
Tvxq ❤❤
운명노래는 'I'll take you higher' 있는 버전(2018년 MBC가요대제전에서 했던)으로 해줬음 좋았을걸. 아쉽네요.
OT5 songs are rich with harmonies the best harmony i ever heard in k-pop. I highly recommend live versions of their ballads. Start with Tonight, Bolero, Love in The Ice. Thank you for the reaction ❤
Thanks pleassse next keep your head down❤❤❤
I hope you'll react to 'Purple Line' of 5 members era next!🤗🥺🙏🏽✨
It's soo hot, famous and a legend song of them!
I've loved TVXQ since around 2008! 🤔🤗
Please react to 'Something' / 'Spellbound' too! 🥺🥲🙏🏽💕
Thank you so much!
I miss 5 members era but so happy Yuno and Changmin keep on protecting TVXQ after 3 members leaving TVXQ 😭🤦♀️
TVXQ also did Japan debut, so they're loved by soo many Japanese (;ᯅ;)
Their Korea and world fandome name is Cassiopeia but only Japanese fandome name is Bigeast🤧😭🤦♀️
They're special for Japanese.
Plz react to XIA Junsu’s Killing Voice episode, he’s one of the formers of TVXQ back when they were still a 5 member group, and he was the lead vocalist of the group.
Yunho is Changmin’s #1 fan and hypeman. It’s so freaking wholesome, it’ll give you cavities. ❤
We need reaction for apink killing voice🥰
Off-topic but white suits you very much!!
Max Changmin be belting the highest note when the fact he was casting while playing badminton like, how did they know
Tvxq are actual ogs in the kpop industry and pioneers but many new kpop stans do not know this due to the lawsuit and blacklisting between 3 of the used to be Tvxq members & sm I’m so glad more people are discovering them I reccomend the 5 member version of bolero live & tonight you will be blown away their vocals are my favorite (also I enjoyed ur reactions to changmins high notes I reccomend a choikang changmin high note compilation his vocals are insane)
ellos son muy buenos
TVXQ가 5명일 때 노래와 라이브도 반응해주세요! Please react to Bolero, Love in the ice, Tonight live in concert!!
The 2 of them is already awesome. You should have seen when there were 5 of them. 5 of them together when they're singing giving goosebump. Their vocals is out of this world.
You need to watch Xia Junsu's Killing Voice. That man was the actual main vocal of TVXQ.
Hello, I liked your reaction but you have to react to the original songs where the 5 are, specifically the song TONIGHT, LOVE IN THE ICE in concert and BOLERO also in concert, since you might like those, but DBSK(TVXQ) as a group has very good songs in both Korean and Japanese, because they promoted Kpop in Japan, that's why they are better known there
You need to react to Love in the ice OT5, is so damn beautiful kejfbvdnwnbjve
You should watch love in the ice went they’re has 5 members
Now I need you to react to Changmin's Devil and Fever :)
insane vocals and they're only two imagine with all members . DG you have to react on the hologram musical made by SM "School oz " with many SM artist like Seulgi , Kei ,Luna ,Yoona and of course Max as main character it's master piece for many reason .
- first because it's made with hologram i see it on a SM theater and it's insane .
-second because of the line up
-third because of Max vocals showcase if you can't find the all show react on the MV OST of the show th-cam.com/video/UyKwMZ0KoXU/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=SMTOWN
We need taemin killing voice⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
If you looking for harmony and musicality expression, their 5 member live stage will made you wowed.
Need react tonight whit the 5 members please
Love Changmin since first album!🥰
Hope you will react to 5 of them .
HUh... miss the 5 people as always...
