If any viewers do not yet know Morris Bermans' 1990 book ''Coming to Our Senses: Body and Spirit in the Hidden History of the West'' it s well worth reading for his material on the Cathars Some of it is admittedly specualtive but it contains some fascinating reflections on the long shadow of gnosticism(s) and techniques of exstasis.

Was this "ex-cathar" a former credente or a perfecti who had recieved the Consolamentum?
It sounds like a mixture of truths, wrong understanding and slander. How much of each would be great to know.
By the way, anyone here who knows if there were connections - directly or indrectly - between the cathars and the old essenes? Mary Magdalene? Templars? Rosicrucians?
Also, if anyone would dare to guess what scriptures they may have possessed? (Some legends about the treasure that was removed from Montsegur days before it fell.

Part of this reminds me of April Deconick - she has written books on ancient gnostics and she says they told everybody, Jews, Christians and Pagans, your gods are demons. That's the same thing the Christians do, even now.

Knowledge is humble open minded and a gift all written knowledge written by man alone ..
many people know why the church’s stand on their motherlands!
And their lies and unfortunately many have and do suffer at their hands…
Lots of men use gods name to harm others!
No more so then they on my motherland!
Jesus never wanted a physical church. For any man who speaks of his holiness who possess wealth yet chooses each morning to do nothing to help or end suffering within humanity is not of god but of evil and self gain.
Today more than ever this is relevant!
      Christ is within u!!
A fear based belief to keep people oppressed of self knowledge and understanding the difference between good and evil. Church is everywhere in everyone if u wish to hear the msg!
It’s obvious. Anti church isn’t evil sitting in a state of fear for the people of humanity is.. or rejoicing in the murder of any child or innocent person is. Causing the suffering of any innocent and vulnerable is evil and doing so in gods name goes against the laws of nature and gods nation is the very meaning of how the devil rules this world not for long!!
All who sat on the throne of this church are evil!!
They don’t care about anyone but their secret lives!!
Pretty much the same of every politician atm!

      He is honesty honourable!
      Everything written is evident today’
      Humanity gives them power!
      While we suffer!!
Look at the etymology behind the names of each word but pick a respectable unbiased source.
It’s a family lineage. Knowledge of love and Jesus’s msg tell me if u had such wealth would u help everyone or urslef?
The end is near as above so below is how this ends. Earth will become beautiful again
