Swytch Kit Unboxing and Installation

Unboxing and installation of this fairly good ebike kit using your own bike as the base. I got the max edition with the larger battery at 180wh. This was released in 2024 or so and i had installed in around Feb 2024 but only got to uploading the video as of Feb 2025. Sorry for the delay!! Anyways, i have alot of mixed feelings about this kit, its performance, price and the way they sell the kits that kind of irritate me. Its been a kit I've been looking at buying for a few years , since 2020 or so but decided its at a level and design iteration that I like in 2024. A full review is coming later but at the time of this video release, there is another iteration of the kit with larger batteries and integrated lighting as of Jan 2025. I am not going to be purchasing that battery as its not a good value unless i can get it partially sponsored.
