Dhokla premix recipe
Ingredients:
200gms Gram Flour(2 bowl)
2 tbsp Fine Semolina
2tbsp Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1 tsp Citric Acid
2 pak Eno
For making dhokla from premix
Ingredients:
2 cup dhokla homemade dhokla mix
2 tsp oil
1 cup water
Steam for 10-12 minute
For tadka
Ingredient :
Oil 2 tsp
Rai 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Chili 3
Hing1/4,tsp
Sugar 1/2 tap
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 1 cup
