I’m an eye doctor, not a pharmacist, but I (somewhat) agree. While ingredients *can* absorb through the skin, it’s incorrect that any and/or all can. For example, some medications can be absorbed through the skin and are administered that way (cream or patch, etc) but many can not and must get into the blood stream by another means, such as an injection, the nose, or ingestion.
ND is so smart to give out discount codes instead of PR. Their products get promoted and influencers use their own codes to buy and ND saves a ton on PR.

I am on a low/no buy this year. I am making a wishlist and trying to only get things if I run out. I will allow myself to get something for my birthday and allow myself to shop again starting Black Friday. I’m not going to be too hard on myself though because this is the first buying restriction I’ve put on myself like this. So far, I’ve done pretty well. I’ve only bought replacement skincare.

You should give the midi my dream palette another try! It has cool tones for winter, and warm for summer. The shade Babies, beautiful. Serenity is a perfect winter (or any season) everyday lid shade. Vision is actually more wearable than it looks. It’s a great shade for something fun once in awhile. Nurture (in the mini, too) is the best shade ever, I already hit pan. And Aspiration is the best dark brown ever! And the palette also has blackest black. The shade Ashley had in her makeup bag video.

We are the opposite: I talked myself out of the mini My Dream collection and snatched up the Valentine release. 😂 That said, I flush red naturally, so I enjoy this tone of blush. It's more of a purple/mauve and a soft berry and the highlight is sheer and stunning.

Its a no buy for me, we don't get this stuff for free, make up artists, companies are greedy putting out the same color palettes with crappy materials and charging more. None of it is worth the money. I'm good for a very long while.
