If you are looking to learn then google course is good which covers end to end the whole process and then there are youtubers as well like design pilot who explains topics in detail. But if you are looking for good practical design inspiration then mobbin is my personal favorite
What your insights about learning frontend programming with ux design? I hear nowadays it is becoming industrial requirement on tiar 2 or tiar 3 companies. What do you say?
Both are very separate roles and you should focus on either one which you like the most. Some companies expect both when there is budget constraints but their priority might be more on getting a developer who has a good sense of design rather than a designer who can develop as well. So focus either on design or development whatever suits you best.
