I actually wasn’t even planning on releasing this before the EP/album came out, but after last night’s events in the episode, I felt as if this song just needed to be released now. I wrote this probably a week ago, and had NO idea of what was going to occur in the coming episode. This song was actually kinda rough for me to write, because halfway through it started getting kind of personal and I felt myself relating to the lyrics I was writing, and in turn, some aspects of Lydia’s character. I really hope you guys love this, because I’m super proud of the outcome, and just couldn’t wait to release it!

This song is my favourite sad song. I listen it to let my emotions out after a rough day and it calms me when I'm having an axiety attack. I also absolutely love the lyrics because they describe some feelings I can't put into words. Thank you so much for this amazing song!!

I'm not sure if this is gonna make a lot of sense, but I'm going to try my best. I love this song. It has really helped me articulate my emotional state as of late. I am in the middle of my first year of college, and two weeks ago I found out a friend had committed suicide. Being that I am in a small college town, four hours away from my home, I was unable to return in order to support my friends who were also hurting. Another point that has hurt my emotional state is that I refuse to allow myself to form a relationship with the college and the people around me because I'm jut so scared of losing more people. I've been incredibly lonely, and homesick, mostly because I have felt useless and unsure of what to do with myself. I'm the only own from my high school attending this particular college, so I've been trying to pick myself up because no one around me now really understands what I have been going through. I haven't really understood until I came to the conclusion that I was jut feeling useless to my friends am to myself. The odd thing is that this song was able to put to words and music something I've been feeling for a while, and it's so comforting. To be able to know what is wrong is better than not knowing at all. Now I know I can't be their for all my friends as I have only one body, but I know I can still make a difference when I do go back home.
So long story short, (too late) thank you for a great song. Thank you for making the dark, painful world a little more beautiful. Keep it up!

I know you probably didn't intend it like this, but the first strofe for me is Stiles and the second one is Lydia. "Breathe" for Stiles and his panic attacks, where he can't calm down. "Scream" for Lydia being a banshee. I just love this song, wow.

I've bought some of your TW inspired songs on Itunes and they make me cry nearly every time. You really capture the raw emotion that the characters go through. It's really powerful. So this is only my second time listening to this song. My sister just passed away in October of 2017 and this song explains how I feel like this is hitting me so deep. I am in so much pain the night she passed it tore me apart she was my best friend. But this song explains exactly what I was feeling at the moment I walked in and saw her. So much emotion and pain damn this song is great
