She has conflicting motivations, in her envy, insecurities, resentment but also love towards her sister, in her inferiority complex, arrogancy, selfishness, greed but also heroic sense, in her hatred, anger, coldness, stoicness, arrogancy, selfishness, inconsideration, rudeness but also affection towards Saitama. She has flaws and an internal conflict which shes progressively and slowly overcoming, has weaknesses but also strengths, has multiple roles in the story, has a lot of potential and room for further development. That's what makes her a well written character and the superior written sister.
