@@CordellTGrace during the recording it show 60fps without any mods. But I'm not actually sure if it's actually 60fps. If there was a mod to make midnight club 2's framerate match with pc and xbox there might be huge slow downs. Unlike playing from a console in emulators if the emulator isn't matching the exact framerates the game was made for the emulator will have major slow downs.

Took a while to do because the amount of restarts that happened in Tokyo. Tokyo was the worst when it came to restarts.
