Where Did the Word Christianity Come from?
Given the fact that there has never been in the history of the Torah (Old Testament) for the religion of God to be named after a Prophet (i.e., Adamanity, Abrahamity, Mosanity, etc.), I hope to explain that Jesus did not preach the religion of Christianity, but a religion that gives all Praise and Worship to The One God.
Where Did the Word Christianity Come from
The word Christian was first mentioned by a pagan to describe those who followed Jesus.
One of the questions I asked myself as I took an objective (second) look at Christianity was; where did the word Christianity come from and was the word ever mentioned by Jesus? Well, I did not find the word Christianity in the Bible, not even in a Bible dictionary. Specifically, I did not find it in the Bible where Jesus called himself a Christian.
The word Christian was first mentioned by a pagan to describe those who followed Jesus. It is mentioned one of three times in the New Testament by a pagan and Jews in Antioch about 43 A.D., (Acts 11 :26, Acts 26:28 and 1 Peter 4:16) long after Jesus had left this earth.
“…and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.” (Acts 11:26)
To accept the words of pagans as having any value or association with divinity, Jesus or God is contrary to the teachings of all prophets.
Jesus prophesied that people will worship him uselessly and believe in doctrines made by men (Matthew 15:9):
“But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” (Matthew 15:9)
This verse, Matthew 15:9, is further supported by these words of the Qur’an:
And behold! Allah will say: ‘0 Jesus, son of Mary, did you say unto men, ‘Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah?” He (Jesus) will say: “Glory to You! Never could I say what I had no right. Had I said such a thing You would indeed have known it. You know what is in my heart, though I know not what is in Yours. For You know in full all that is hidden. Never said I to aught except what You did command me to say, to wit, “Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord’: And I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when You did take me up You was the Watcher over them, and You are a witness to all things. (Al-Ma’idah 5:116 -117)
I found that Biblical verses like John 5:30, John 12:49, John 14:28, Isaiah 42:8 and Acts 2:22 support the above-mentioned verses of the Qur’an.
“By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.” (John 5:30)
For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. (John 12:49)
“I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” (Isaiah 42:8)
“Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.” (Acts 2:22)
Before leaving the subject of Christianity, I should mention one small, but significant, point of observation.
If Christians are “Christ-like,” why are they not greeting each other with the words; Peace Be With You (Salamu Alaykum), as Jesus did in Luke 24:36. As you may be aware, the greeting from one Muslim to another Muslim is Assalamu Alaykum; a Christ-like saying.

Muslims worship a god by the name of Allah. They also give him ninety-nine other names. The question that naturally arises is who or what is this Allah? Where did the Muslims derive their ideas of Allah's nature and attributes?
Historical Source of Islam
Historians, linguists, and archeologists have dug into this question for over a century. Various archeological digs in Arabia and throughout the Middle East have uncovered the answer: Islam is a modern version of the ancient fertility religion of the moon god. Once this is grasped, the rise and history of Islam becomes clear.
The Arab conquests were made possible because the central powers in the Middle East had exhausted themselves in wars against each other. They were not able to fight off wave after wave of Arab armies which subdued entire nations with merciless slaughter, rape and plunder.
Conquering Armies
The Arabs destroyed some of the wonders of the ancient world such as the world famous library in Alexandria, Egypt, They destroyed many ancient churches and synagogues. Anthropologists have recorded how the Arabs destroyed the cultural heritage of any nation which fell under their sword.
Who were these Arabs? They obviously were not Christians because they destroyed churches and murdered priests wherever they went. Obviously, they were not Jews because they persecuted Jews without pity. This is seen today in their hatred of Israel and the many wars and acts of terrorism waged against Jews throughout the world.
If the Arab hordes which swept over the ancient world were not Christians or Jews, then what were they? They were pagans who worshipped a pagan god called Allah and followed pagan rites which were practiced in Arabia long before the religion of Islam evolved.
Islam Denies the Trinity
These facts of history reveal that Islam does not worship the same God worshipped by Christians. Why?
Christians worship one God in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. But Islam denies the Holy Trinity and worships a different deity called Allah who is not a Father and who has no son.
Since the religion found in the Bible teaches the Trinity, then it does not take a Ph.D. to see that Islam did not come from the Bible. Thus it is not the religion of the biblical prophets, apostles or Jesus.
Pagan Origins
Islam's origins have been traced back by scholars to the ancient fertility religion of the worship of the moon god which was always the dominant religion of Arabia. The moon god was worshipped by praying toward Mecca several times a day, making an annual pilgrimage to the Kabah which was a temple of the moon god, running around the Kabah seven times, caressing an idol of a black stone set in the wall of the Kabah, running between two hills, making animal sacrifices, gathering on Fridays for prayers, giving alms to the poor, etc.. These were pagan rites practiced by the Arabs long before Muhammad was born.
The Crescent Moon
What religion today practices the pagan rites of the moon god? Islam! This explains why the crescent moon is the symbol of Islam. It is placed on top of mosques and minarets and displayed on hats, flags, rugs, amulets and even jewelry. Every time you see the Muslim symbol of a crescent moon, you are seeing the ancient symbol of the moon god.
Denial Not a Refuge
Does the average Muslim know that he is worshipping a moon god? No. Does he know why the crescent moon symbol sits on top of his mosque? No. Is he shocked and perhaps angered at these facts of history? Yes. But can mere denial or angry threats refute the fact that Islam is nothing more than a modern version of the ancient religion of the moon god Allah? No. The average Muslim has been kept in the dark by the Mullahs and Imams who would lose their power if the truth ever got out.
Worship the True God
Dear Muslim friend, instead of worshipping a false moon god called Allah, you should worship the God of the Patriarchs, prophets, and apostles. This one true God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Read the New Testament for it is the true Word of God.

Are "version" and "translation" the same pastor? I don't think so. The Quran has an original version in Arabic text. So, when there are different translations, we can refer to the Arabic text to clarify because sometimes we can't find the exact word to translate from one language to another. Therefore, the translator might use a different word during translation, but still, we can refer to the original Arabic text. How about the Bible? Have you ever read the original manuscript in Aramaic?. I'm sure that the different in the Books shows by sir Deedad is not only about translation. the content inside are different. like the number of verse, etc.

What the "preacher" doesn't understand is that no matter which "translation" of Quran a person gets - it will ALWAYS have the same Arabic text. IOW, there is only one Quran. Not so with the so-called Torah, nor the so-called Old Testament, and not so the so-called New Testament - they each have differences in the source texts depending on whichever "versions" of the texts the translation goes by. Alhamdulillah for Islam......

Qur'an never been changed last 1400 years because it's still in Arabic language but transladed in all languages to help people to understand easier before peaple start learning in Arabic, there is no changes in Qur'an.
