Adventures with EDS: Post conference slump, Radio Demo fail & the big gig

Adventures with EDS shows my experiences with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome , Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome ( POTS ) and Chronic Migraine. Each day I face chronic pain, fatigue and many other symptoms but I still manage to have adventures despite my disability.
This week I battle with all the side effects that come with doing too much as I have a bad few days post the EDS UK & HMSA conference. I do a radio show demo for the student radio station here at UEA, Livewire1350. Not doing radio has been one of the things I've missed the most about leaving uni so I'm gutted when my performance is especially poor. I also travel home for the weekend for the annual girlguiding event, the Big Gig which featured performances from Louisa Johnson, Ella Eyre and Pixie Lott. It was great fun but very exhausting both travel to and from uni and across london.
I also attend a meeting of the umbrella society for those with disabilities and chronic conditions on campus and enjoy watching my flatmate jack tecahing my flatmate charlie how to crush garlic :P
