Her death was also very slyly told earlier in the show too. In episode 4 when Daemon takes her into the city she passes a fortune teller who says to her, "Want to know how you die?!" it immediately cuts to one of the dragon statues that line the street as it spits out fire.
I've always loved Rhaenyra, it also absolutely blows my mind how real GRRM's characters feel, how human they are. I couldn't imagine losing everything like she does and still fighting.
They fact she found out about her father, Aegon being crowned, losing her baby and burying the baby and her half ass coronation ALL IN THE SAME DAY on the show had me boohoo crying cuz wtf! I’m so pissed we have to wait another couple years to see how this plays out. On the show at least
I've been really loving the show because of the small changes they've made. The book is supposed to be an unreliable telling of the events... so the showrunners have a lot of leeway with how they show these events. I love the changes they have been making. Here Aemond wasn't just a revengeridden bloodthirsty monster who chased down his nephew and gobbled him up with his dragon... it was a prank that got out of control... and that made Aemond much more sympathetic and I think made the event even more tragic. I have to imagine Rhaenyra will have similar treatment with her character. I really love that the book was written in such a way that it allows adaptation to make changes to motivations and how events play out while still remaining faithful to how history remembered the event.
The show has already made Rhaenyra and Alicent more sympathetic than they were in the books. Most of the selfishness and anger are pushed to Otto, Daemon, Criston, and Alicent's sons. I suspect this will continue to be the case and Rhaenyra's short rule will be less awful and unpopular on screen, but she will still be tragically killed as she tries to continue to unite the realm to face the White Walkers.
I think the tv series show us another perspective of things. The book Fire and Blood is written by others perspective, quite different like ASOIAF books, where each chapter it's a POV of the character.
I totally forgot about when Joffery talked about her death. It does pain me to know that Rhaenyra's pain will be the path of her own destruction. Sometimes all we see is red, get tunnel vision, and never look around to see what else is there to help us. I can't wait until season two, thank you for all that you do "Uncle Kevin".

@@Anneofalltrades369 which ironically should’ve also worked for Daenerys but see how badly it turned out for her as well. It Something changes in them once they truly realize the power they wield.
The show might make a few changes. The death of Rhaenyra might not be changed because Aegon did manage to win back the Iron throne for a brief time, but I think many of the stories surrounding her "failure" as queen will be changed. Just like Aemond's accidental murder of Luke, the show will set the record straight about Rhaenyra's reign. A lot of it had been deliberately twisted and exaggerated by her enemies in order to vilify Rhaenyra.
Plus the whole point of the Dance was that as long as the House of the Dragon stands divided, they’d fall. That’s why Aegon II also dies, because there were still plots going on, and Aegon III was a child but had a better potential to restore the realm’s peace
@rushi bohra it's not done differently in the show Lol. The show is more accurate than the books because the books are told through unreliable sources.
In the end, even though Rhaenyra was killed and lost the battle over the Iron Throne, she won the war. all the Targaryen who ruled over the throne until Aerys II came from her offspring. None of the greens Targaryen offspring ever sat over the throne after Aegon II.
@@HeyItsNesha99 spoilers She kills herself, the same way as her mother helena, throwing herself out of meagors hold fast onto the spikes below, but it's incredibly agonizing and slow. Rumored to have been killed by ser peake, so his daughter could marry aegon the third.
@@HeyItsNesha99 no, the greens blood line was decimated, the last was Jaehera, Alicent's granddaughter committed suicide, it was Viserys, Aegon III's brother who continued the line of Targaryens who sits in the iron throne.
Nope. That was merely a Pyrrhic victory. 3 of her sons died, and her husband betrayed her and died. She died a horrible death in front of her son probably thinking that Aegon II will kill her child as well. She and Aegon II sacrificed the future of their house just to sit on a chair. Most of the dragons and Targaryens died which led to the downfall of House Targaryen and allowed Bobby B to destroy their dynasty.
I'm rooting for Rhaenyra on the show, but her story is so short lived in the books it kinda sucks to hear. I'm hoping to see her expanded upon in this series, and hopefully lasting longer than 6 months as queen. Thanks for the breakdown. I've never read any of the books so these breakdowns are nice even though they spoil everything for me.
I can't help but root for Rhaenyra this entire season. Even though I know her fate and how she is basically doomed, I'm on her side of things 100%. Team Black for sure.
Your correct she is doomed cuz sunfyre killed her Rhaenyra is just like cersei Lannister if Rhaenyra wasn't so selfish in power hungry in actually belt a relationship with Aegon ii she probably wouldn't have worry about getting killed by sunfyre in suffering the way she died
I also like the fact she assumed he meant her cowardly drunkard son aegon when Viseries was dying instead of Rheanyra's full targaryen son aegon considering his favourite child/person was rhaenyra 😂
That’s purely Alicent’s wishful thinking and she knew it. Later when Rhaenys asked if she had ever imagined herself on the throne, her reaction instantly sold her out. She was so accustomed to hide under a cloak of righteous even though she decided to be an usurper.
Otto and the rest of them already had plans in place to put Aegon on the throne and would have gone ahead with it even if Viserys had died without saying anything.
I believe they will make Rhaenyra less hostile and hated. Like some of these comments have been saying, the books are unreliable stories of what has happened. To add, a lot of the events in the series are very different to the book. Hopefully she will start to stand her ground more, but still with the goal to unite the realm
Thanks for Keeping these things coming and I remember one of these channels showing Joeffrey rather gleefully talking about Rhaenyra’s fate😯 Alicent has three freaky kids from what we have seen so far
👑🐉🏰 I do like how Laenor explicitly stated “they are OUR sons, are they not?” It shows he loved the boys Rhaenyra birthed. Feels like Rhaenys should know that- her son thought of the boys as his own
2:53 this was excellent addition, and this episode was bossed totally by Rhaenys even before bursting in with dragon. And she was right not to torch them, it's not her war, she just showing she disapproved.
Great video was cool to play for my wife who’s been a bit confused. Really an amazing story, going to be interesting to see how closely the show sticks to the source material. So far, with the show, in my eyes, the only thing Rheynera has done wrong is give birth to an heir who is not from her husband which is a huge offense. Still the amount of treason being committed by the greens far outweigh this but the show has done a great job having much of this fueled by Alicents misinterpretation of Her husbands deathbed wishes. Keep ‘em coming Paul,
I hope they change the book ending in the show bc DAMN. That was depressing! 😆 Thanks for the breakdown, tho. So much easier to follow than the super long HOTD/GAT history videos other channels do.
Hey SpoilerMan, can you do a video on the dragons? Which ones die and how, and which ones survive. Also who was the last dragon alive before Deanerys. Ryan Arey already has a video on the but you're better. Yes! Tell him I said that, you're better!
Kev’s channel is much better than that snoodling douche Ryan Arey’s channel. Heavy hasn’t had the support like a lot of the other “huge” channels. Heavy Spolers and Mr. H Reviews are the 2 best film, tv review channels on TH-cam. Mr. H isn’t politically correct so TH-cam buries his content which is a shame because his content is so great
@@turdferguson8227 First of all, the things I said about Ryan Arey are a friendly inside joke among Paul (the owner of this channel), Ryan Arey himself and us the Heavy Spoiler fans. Please do not take it seriously or as an invitation to attack or belittle other creators. Second of all, Mr. H sucks. I do like his breakdowns on Hellraiser and Alien but other than that he's just another anti-SJW youtuber going down the hater rabbit hole. Some of his reviews are completely unjustified hate, like his review on Nope. And some of his other videos are ''woke this, feminism that'' and I don't like meta political commentaries in a review. That's why I like Heavy Spoilers so much, he cracks a few pseudopolitical jokes here and there but they are just that, jokes. Also, I don't follow or watch anyone who uses ''woke'' unironically or has several videos on Brie Larson. I don't want to get involve with that crowd.
I believe the show has laid the groundwork for a twist that even the book readers won’t see coming. The Blood and Cheese incident will be Larys’ doing. He could have several motives for this. Maybe Alicent will want to be even more conciliatory after she learns her son killed Luke. A death of a grandchild that is supposedly caused by Team Black would fix that. The rats, the kind laying, the latest Mysaria twist. Chaos is a ladder that Larys definitely has been climbing. The history from unreliable narrators said Daemon sent Rhaenyra a scroll that said “a child for a child” but maybe he didn’t. Blood and Cheese just feels much more Larys than Daemon.
I just hope they're not trying to connect HotD up to GoT by playing Rhaenyra as a predictor for Danerys' fate. GoT is irredeemable and D&D should've been run out of Hollywood on a rail. The fact there have been no exposes' for what really happened and why they phoned in the last two seasons just shows you that someone powerful is protecting them. GRRM (IF he ever finishes the series) won't end Dany that way, and even if she does "go mad," he will do it in a way that actually makes sense.
Luv you, man. The spice of the politics is absolutely anchored and I love that even in a simple thing as a chapter series We need to follow our own reality
Rhaenyra Targaryen: AFK on main, 24/7. Left click to incinterate all your enemys *times out*, "Left click to become queen" *times out*, "Left click to do anything?" *Dies of old age*
GRRM has reiterated that Fire & Blood is written from the POV of unreliable narrators. The show would be more accurate telling of the events, vs third/fourth hand re-telling from biased writers. Calling Rhaenyra “fat and jealous” reeks of some real petty ish.
Aegon watching his mother being eaten reminds me of this Bollywood movie I saw recently where the boy has to watch his mother being cut in half with a mechanical saw. That scene gave me PTSD for 3 days. I won't be surprised if it happens to me again.
I hate How she fully believes in her own lies and believes that she’s a above everyone else. Literally lying to her own son when she sends him to treat with Baratheon “You share Baratheon blood from your grandmother Rhaneys” when they both know he’s NOT a velaryon so shares nothing with Rhaneys let alone house Baratheon.
I am Team Rhaenrya :) Changes are being made, so I believe Daemon will send Blood and Cheese without Rhaenrya’s knowledge. I don’t think she’s like Daeny, it’s possible the writers may give Rhaenrya a similar “tragic” storyline as her father Viserys. She tried her best but that’s all she could do…
I wonder if they will change the death of Rhaenys to make it similar to what happened to Laenor in the show. Maybe they will reunite while everyone else thinks they're dead. If anyone needs a happy ending it's Rhaenys.
i believe they will its a series not the book they have not completely gone of the book and if she does die on the series it will probably be the last season who would watch without her not many
*Dance* *Of* *The* *Dragons* *(Spoilers)* *Season* *1* Coronation of Aegon II (Ep 9) The Black Council and Coronation of Rhaenyra (Ep 10) Assault on Harrenhal The Dance over Shipbreaker Bay (Ep 10) They skipped Assault on Harrenhal. They might move it for S2. Maybe even by S2E1's opening shot. It was pretty much uneventful. Daemon lands on Harrenhal and takes over. No bloodshed. That only takes only a few minutes of scenes to accomplish. *Season* *2* Blood and Cheese Civil War in the Riverlands The New Green Hand Duel of the Cargylle Twins Duskendale and Rook's Rest (RIP Rhaenys)? There's a lot of content enough for a 5th season. Now some minor events they might probably skip altogether or combine them for one episode like The Black Council and Coronation of Rhaenyra and The Dance over Shipbreakers Bay. They can combine Storming of the Dragonpit and Rhaenyra's death for one episode. Many events may only translate to only a few minutes during an episode. How long do you think Blood and Cheese lasts on TV? Maybe 3 minutes? The Red Wedding didn't last no more than 8 minutes and that's showing scenes with Arya and The Hound getting rejected at the gate. I believe Rhaenyra's death will be sadder only because viewers are more emotionally invested with her than they are with Helaena and Jaehaerys. It sucks for them but viewers will be attached to Helaena's eldest son as much as they were to Rhea Royce. Nil. I believe Season 2's finale will involve a major death. I'm guessing it will be Rhaenys because I believe S2 covers the first year of the Dance and Rhaenys dies at the end of 129 AC. I was reading what happens to Criston Cole. He dies in Butcher's Ball but he did retaliate for Blood and Cheese after he became Hand to Aegon II. I think Erryk Cargylle will be one of my favs. I can't believe he chose loyalty over his twin. I actually don't know everything that happens in the Dance. I still want to be surprised. Seems like a lot happens and everybody except Helaena are evil. My heartbreak will happen at Battle Above The Gods Eye. No more Daemon, I'm not sure I'll continue watching it much except after Rhaenyra dies. When viewers lose Daemon AND Rhaenyra, it's very difficult to be invested into the rest of the story any more. Rhaenyra could be gone by the mid-final season and viewers may lose interest. The Dance of the Dragons is a really sad story. No heroes. No real winners except for maybe Daemyra's bloodline. Imagine Season 1 is their HAPPIEST time? It's only going to get worse. Probably the characters we'll all be cheering for at the end will be *Cregan* *Stark* and *Aegon* *III.* The GOAT Stark fighter and Daemyra's eldest son AKA Aegon the Younger, Aegon the Dragonbane, Aegon the Unlucky, The Broken King, and The Uncrowned King. Throw in *Baela* on Moondancer for fatally wounding Sunfyre before Moondancer dies herself. Daemon is the real winner then. He sacrifices himself to kill Aemond and Vhagar. He goes out like a boss, a war hero again, and legend without his body ever being found. His daughter fatally wounds Sunfyre on a tiny dragon and Baela still lives. His eldest son takes over the Iron Throne. His second son will produce the lineage that will produce The Mother of Dragons and The Prince That Was Promised. And Aemond stans be trolling typing Aemond > Daemon. 🤣 GTFOH. They're just losers like their one-eyed boy and have burner accounts for Daemon too because they idolize him too like Aemond does.
10:02 for diversity. You know how the world is now, they complain at every thing and call it racist smh. I don't see the big deal, I'm black, it's a fantasy, but they would say yes so the character can be anything. I'm fine with it
I'm sorry but I don't like Rhaenyra. She had three bastard sons and it was so obvious. Then she has chosen war instead of peace. I get that you want to rule, but with the threat of white walkers wouldn't it be better for peace even if it means she not getting the crown. It was explained that people wouldn't accept the woman for ruler. And even if she is getting the crown and going to civil war, it would've been better if those sons weren't bastards. At very least she would get more support.
I just hope they're not trying to connect HotD up to GoT by playing Rhaenyra as a predictor for Danerys' fate. GoT is irredeemable and D&D should've been run out of Hollywood on a rail for screwing it up. The fact there have been no exposes' for what really happened and why they phoned in the last two seasons just shows you that someone powerful is protecting them. GRRM (IF he ever finishes the series, which I have doubts about) won't end Dany that way, and even if she does "go mad," he will do it in a way that actually makes sense and doesn't abandon every single plot that she's connected to.
They rushed through the last two seasons because 1) GRRM had not finished the books and they were forced to actually write the show themselves instead of adapting books and 2) because they wanted to move on from the show and make their star wars movies, which ironically never happened bc they ended up being fired by Disney bc of the backlash against GoT. The answer to who is “protecting” them in hollywood is Netflix. Netflix gave them a giant deal to adapt The Three-Body Problem into a series.
@@Escape.Velocity I didn't know about their Netflix deal, but the other, commonly-known reasons aren't a valid excuse for ruining the most popular show in world history. Anyone with a little humility would have admitted their limitations and asked GRRM for help. Instead, they seemed to think they were on an upward trajectory in their careers and that the next big move for themselves lay elsewhere. But what's most disgusting about that is that they were willing to trash one of the greatest works of art in TV just for their own aggrandizement. It pisses me off that they just carry on like they didn't, and no one holds them accountable.
Rhanaerya went from a head strong young woman seemingly worthy of growing to be someone worth the throne, to a 40 year old with seemingly no skills in life other than having kids with anyone not her husband. The whole Cristan Cole line is weird too everyone else is 20yrs older and this simp is just hanging out the same age getting away with ruthless murder? Weird.
But did u know that blood and cheese were 2 assassins that force Halena to choose which of her sons would die. And then she went insane. Just poking at how much its been mentioned. Literally every video but i love it xD
*Season* *2* *Spoilers/Predictions* I believe S2E1 that it won't be just Daemon ordering for Blood and Cheese. I believe it's going to also come from Rhaenyra because it's her son who got killed. Heir to Driftmark. Neither one knows who killed Lucerys. His body was washed ashore in the book. If Rhaenyra orders for B&C, it actually makes the moment more justifiable. She wanted peace and she ended up losing 3 people in less than a week. This sucks for Helaena but this event is really to avenge one of Aegon's heirs. Eye for an eye (or heir for an heir) as Daemon told Rhaenyra. Rhaenyra also ordering it is the curveball for B&C. I know this whitewashes Daemon a little bit because Blood & Cheese is not his finest hour. But considering Aemond "accidentally" killed Lucerys, they might do the same for Daemon who has hardly got any breaks from the HBO writers that Matt Smith needs to save his character with improvised scenes that's his idea. So I expect Blood & Cheese be a joint decision by both Daemon and Rhaenyra. Understand again that they don't know Aemond accidentally killed Lucerys and Aemond doesn't have any heirs. In Fire & Blood, it's supposed to be Daemon and Mysaria. In the book, Mysaria is one of Rhaenyra's closest allies. I believe this is where Rhaenyra turns dark to prep some bad stuff she'll do later. This also makes Criston Cole's retaliation by sending Arryk Cargylle to kill Rhaenyra a lot more sense since she ordered for B&C to happen next to Daemon. It could be a decision made by Daemon, Mysaria, and Rhaenyra. Later in Fire & Blood, Rhaenyra becomes a terrible person and unpopular queen who's reign got erased from the history books. She ordered Nettles to be killed. So what's to say she can't order for B&C? Lucerys was her favorite son and he died from a 6-year-old grudge. Who knows the type of information Daemon got when he told Rhaenyra about Lucerys' death? We do know Borros Baratheon and his daughters known as the Four Storms were there to witness Aemond threatening to take Luke's eye out. But who knows if they kept it to themselves since House Baratheon allied themselves with the Greens? If Daemon got word that it was Aemond, I think he would've went direct and kill Aemond for Luke's death. Blood and Cheese wouldn't be needed. But I believe Daemon and Rhaenyra don't really know who killed Luke since there was a storm and no other human was around to witness Luke's death except Aemond. Aemond will tell Alicent and Otto and they're going to be so pissed. But they need to keep it a secret that he didn't do it or Aemond will die in the hands from Daemon a lot sooner. Can't wait to see Roddy the Ruin and Cregan Stark. Two characters way more badass than overrated Aemond, "The One-Eyed B-tch", that StruggleNation called him. 🤣 Aemon >>> Aemond BTW, I don't hate Aemond. I just like mocking his stans who overrate him. I look at Aemond stans like Kobe stans in the 00s or current LeBron stans thinking LeBron is the GOAT over Michael Jordan. The superior Aemon came several decades later without the d at the end. He was known as Dragonknight, a grandson to Daemon, son to Viserys II. Aemond stans makes me laugh with their weak trolling.
I think it’d be incredibly interesting if B&C was actually Helaena herself. Like Liv in The Haunting of Hill House, kill them to “keep them safe”. Helaena sees what will happen to her children so makes sure this can’t happen. We know she has a psychotic break, but what if it happened before B&C, not because of it. It would make a very interesting twist, where Alicent and the other Greens have to firstly conceal Helaena’s involvement to protect her but also take advantage of the situation, blaming the Blacks and motivating Aegon to act against Rhaenyra.
The portrayal of Borros Baratheon in the show is such that he seems like an arrogant, reckless enough fool that he'd be dumb enough to brag that he knew Aemond left his hall to go after Lucerys. In fact, he'd insert himself into the story a la "I told them to take it outside." For a twit like that, it would be some sort of show of status.
I think they will find out about the exchanged of words when he went to deliver the message and that person house it was many witnesses saw aemond want to take his eye and trust you know people do not keep there mouth closed and new travel someone saw him leave and go after luke believe me
I love how everyone who knows what's going to happen is trying so hard not to spoil but at least those who are are spoiling brainera because woo boy does Daemon have some excellent coverage as well!!
The way they have Rhaenyra now I'd imagine it'd have to be a couple seasons before they do a 180 flip and make her evil. They'll have to eventually though.
Now that I think about it, this show is going to have a heck of a lot of very sad moments. Both sides will suffer and no one really seems to win at the end. Except maybe the maesters.....
I'd want an episode in a future season with Bran Stark being a creep as the three eyed raven, watching a major event somewhere in the background. We the audience can see him briefly but the people in the scene don't see him.
so, acording to the plot and book, this show will have 2/3 seasons top? I mean, this is the prologue, then comes the conflict and finally, the resolution, right? Hope they dont stretch far from this

Aegon was killed by his own leal lords, while rhaenyra's kept fighting for her even after death, daemon killed aemond in a dragon battle and put his sword through aemond's eye, but in the process, both dragons and their riders died.
so anyone else find a problem with Alicent having dark hair and birthing kind with the white Targaryen hair? it's the same genetic roulette that Rhaenyra has with her lover... neither of these couples would have produced white hair... and if it did because of the "strong Targaryen genes" BOTH would have had children with white hair.

I wish they woulda kept the book death of Luke! Woulda really set it off like aemond having an accident wasn’t as cool as what he did in the book
the books narrator even says that this are just historic stories retold. what opens the door for changed ONLY the viewer will see and know.
yes.. i don't understand why people keep comparing the show to the book.
Technically both of their descendants end up sitting the thrown. If I’m not mistaken, Aegon III ends up marrying Helena’s daughter Jaehaera.
@@HeyItsNesha99 spoilers
She kills herself, the same way as her mother helena, throwing herself out of meagors hold fast onto the spikes below, but it's incredibly agonizing and slow.
@@HeyItsNesha99 he doesn't have children with her though.
Criston cole hot though
Those threes company misunderstandings work better in comedies.
Exactly
Otto and the rest of them already had plans in place to put Aegon on the throne and would have gone ahead with it even if Viserys had died without saying anything.
I believe they will make Rhaenyra less hostile and hated. Like some of these comments have been saying, the books are unreliable stories of what has happened. To add, a lot of the events in the series are very different to the book. Hopefully she will start to stand her ground more, but still with the goal to unite the realm
right and who will watch without her when its centered around her and alicent
Thanks for Keeping these things coming and I remember one of these channels showing Joeffrey rather gleefully talking about Rhaenyra’s fate😯 Alicent has three freaky kids from what we have seen so far
Your brilliant breakdowns are a highlight for everyone’s day!
Love this breakdown! Do more please 🙏
👑🐉🏰 I do like how Laenor explicitly stated “they are OUR sons, are they not?” It shows he loved the boys Rhaenyra birthed. Feels like Rhaenys should know that- her son thought of the boys as his own
Yes , even in the book , he loved theem as his own
Would love to find out from GRRM the reason why Rheaynera never flew a dragon battle at some point. Feel it was a missed opportunity.
Keep ‘em coming Paul,
The Boris and Rishi cameos are hilarious !!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I hope they change the book ending in the show bc DAMN. That was depressing!
😆
Thanks for the breakdown, tho.
Lol I wouldn’t wanna step on his toes
Spoilerman!
I can’t wait for you to do videos on all the major characters like Daemon Aemond and Aegon II
Loved that Xena warrior princess joke 🔥 damn that Joffrey for spoiling everything
and she ruled for six months also got me hard
Loved the breakdown. I really like the way the show has expanded on the characters and given them new depth
Nice placement of Liz Truss and Boris Johnson! Bravo! Thanks for this.
6:50 this addition builds a twisted relationship between Alicent & the foot weirdo 😂
I love videos like this because I also know I’ll forget all of it by the time season two comes out
Queen Rhaenyra ❤ Best character in the show!
they will change it, they are obviously on rays side unless that last shot of her was her doing dany and she goes mad, i hope not
I just hope they're not trying to connect HotD up to GoT by playing Rhaenyra as a predictor for Danerys' fate.
I also love how are you Please compare things to the book of top Nobody else does that Good job
Excellent usage of video clips of current "events" ha!
Luv you, man. The spice of the politics is absolutely anchored and I love that even in a simple thing as a chapter series We need to follow our own reality

Great view and liked your explanation of her history
👑🏰🐉 Great summary of Rhaenyra’s life!
The only part that nobody expected was the spanish inquisition
😂😂😂
Thanks a lot .
Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Every Baratheons shares blood with Targaryens since the main ancestor of House Baratheon is Aegon's half brother Orys.
Yesss I’ll take any GOT videos I can get!
If anyone needs a happy ending it's Rhaenys.
i believe they will its a series not the book they have not completely gone of the book and if she does die on the series it will probably be the last season who would watch without her not many
Random question, Paul are u gonna breakdown Manifest when it comes out?
*Dance* *Of* *The* *Dragons* *(Spoilers)*
*Season* *1*
Coronation of Aegon II (Ep 9)
The Black Council and Coronation of Rhaenyra (Ep 10)
Assault on Harrenhal
The Dance over Shipbreaker Bay (Ep 10)
They skipped Assault on Harrenhal. They might move it for S2. Maybe even by S2E1's opening shot. It was pretty much uneventful. Daemon lands on Harrenhal and takes over. No bloodshed. That only takes only a few minutes of scenes to accomplish.
*Season* *2*
Blood and Cheese
Civil War in the Riverlands
The New Green Hand
Duel of the Cargylle Twins
Duskendale and Rook's Rest (RIP Rhaenys)?
The Dragonseeds
Battle of the Gullet
Battle of the Honeywine
The Red Fork and the Fishfeed
Fall of King's Landing
The Red Kraken
Butcher's Ball (RIP simp/incel)
First Tumbleton (RIP Roddy the Ruin)
Fall of Dragonstone
Battle Above the Gods Eye (RIP Aemond, Vhagar, & Caraxes)
Storming of the Dragonpit
Second Tumbleton
Rhaenyra's Death (probably sadder than B&C)
Moon of the Three Kings
Battle of the Kingsroad
Aegon II's Death
The False Dawn
Hour of the Wolf
Regency of Aegon III (this is the series finale)

Wow.
7:41 this had to happen for onscreen spice. It enhanced the rift that eventually happened between them.
Great summary. You clever boy, was that the Gemma Collins tucked in there?
I want to win🤞
10:02 for diversity. You know how the world is now, they complain at every thing and call it racist smh. I don't see the big deal, I'm black, it's a fantasy, but they would say yes so the character can be anything. I'm fine with it
Great breakdown
Why did you give up on the Andor breakdowns???
Cuz barely anyone is watching it and since barely anyone is watching it there isn’t a very large market for breakdowns about it.
Lets goo🔥👍🏻
Amazing Video As Always Spoiler Man 👍
Nice touch with the British prime minister shots. 🤣🤣🤣
eh, still stan rhaenyra no matter what 👑
8:47 WHAT!!! So an 18yr & 9yr were friends? This had to change for film 😂
I think it’s because of the writers who wanted a teen teenage drama, and to write there live action fanfic
This whole series is the definition of a tragedy.
@@howtosober 100% agree. I dont get how HBO saw that final season and gave it the green light.
*Season* *2* *Spoilers/Predictions*
I believe S2E1 that it won't be just Daemon ordering for Blood and Cheese.
Aemon >>> Aemond
BTW, I don't hate Aemond.
I think they will find out about the exchanged of words when he went to deliver the message and that person house it was many witnesses saw aemond want to take his eye and trust you know people do not keep there mouth closed and new travel someone saw him leave and go after luke believe me
I sure hope the showrunners changed some of this. I mean, it's a solid story. But.... so fucking heartbreaking.
Yeah I agree but at the same time that's what makes a story great
I love how everyone who knows what's going to happen is trying so hard not to spoil but at least those who are are spoiling brainera because woo boy does Daemon have some excellent coverage as well!!
the thumbnail looks like a mixture between Rhaenys and Rhaenyra. lol
The way they have Rhaenyra now I'd imagine it'd have to be a couple seasons before they do a 180 flip and make her evil. They'll have to eventually though.
this is about Rhaenyra but I can't help to comment how I never thought I would ever like Matt Smith in another character that wasn't the 11th Doctor.
NGL hes a fine actor, guess the whovians knew that already
Now that I think about it, this show is going to have a heck of a lot of very sad moments. Both sides will suffer and no one really seems to win at the end. Except maybe the maesters.....
I'd want an episode in a future season with Bran Stark being a creep as the three eyed raven, watching a major event somewhere in the background. We the audience can see him briefly but the people in the scene don't see him.
This a hoot indeed!
Can you a full character breakdown for the rest of the characters in house of the dragon?
so, acording to the plot and book, this show will have 2/3 seasons top? I mean, this is the prologue, then comes the conflict and finally, the resolution, right? Hope they dont stretch far from this
Might continue past rhaenyra
Yeah it's slated to have 4 seasons I think
You missed another spoiler/ forecasting in John Aaryn saying that " the seed is strong" for his comparison to the situation with Bobby B's blonde crown bastards.. of which Jaime Lannister is the father.. it's always another knight, am I right? Lol.. anyways just wanted to say you missed one Chump! Lol
So.... who killed her? Aegon was burnt. What happened to Aemon? How about Daemon? You rushed through this.
Aegon was killed by his own leal lords, while rhaenyra's kept fighting for her even after death, daemon killed aemond in a dragon battle and put his sword through aemond's eye, but in the process, both dragons and their riders died.
It’s gonna be heavy (no pun) once we see all of this come to the screen
I might be watching the wrong show…cause I find it very hard to c how rhaenyra is the blame when it was the hightowers who stole her birthright
12:55 & 13:03 🤣🤣🤣
The next seasons are gonna be so cool
Why y’all age Rhae Rhae like that?
Right?!😭😂😂
Haha! I came to say the same thing
Maybe by far most of us wish her to live a long life😊
Forgot about Rhaenyra and Daemons son Aegon the Unhappy ruling after Aegon Hightow- I mean Aegon II LOL
Aegon highgaryan 🤣🤣
She looks like she's 65 years old in this photo.
Why does she look 25 years older in the thumbnail?
Lmao I like it how Boris Johnson was agon
Rhaenyra and Daemon provide very important lineage
He should have bethrothed rhaenyra to daemon beforehand
I need a greatest hits puns video
so anyone else find a problem with Alicent having dark hair and birthing kind with the white Targaryen hair? it's the same genetic roulette that Rhaenyra has with her lover... neither of these couples would have produced white hair... and if it did because of the "strong Targaryen genes" BOTH would have had children with white hair.
You gotta do The peripheral. End of comment.
Paul! How ya doing, King of the Greens?
not too bad, got a big W from my man Aemond, my bro Aegon is the King so we good
Boo, slanders 😂
I hope Rhaenyra comes out on top! it needs to be changed.
*Roddy* *the* *Ruin* *(A* *BAMF!)*
*Roderick* *Dustin,* known as *Roddy* *the* *Ruin,* was the Lord of Barrowton and the head of House Dustin during the Targaryen civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.
*Appearance* *and* *Character*
By the start of the Dance of the Dragons, Roderick was an old and hoary warrior known as "Roddy the Ruin". Despite his advanced age, he was still considered a savage combatant on the battlefield.
Lord Dustin wore a shield, a helm, and warhorn in battle.
*Dance* *of* *the* *Dragons*
The north supported the blacks during the Dance of the Dragons. Roderick led two thousand northern soldiers, known as the Winter Wolves, south of the Neck to support the claim of Rhaenyra Targaryen. They marched first to the Twins, where they met Lady Sabitha Frey, the wife of Lord Forrest Frey.
In the Battle by the Lakeshore along the western Gods Eye, Lord Dustin's Winter Wolves led the attack and charged at Lannister spearmen five times, with more than two-thirds of the northern force killed or wounded in their victory. Lord Frey was also slain in the battle. Roderick was scarred in the fighting against the Lannisters.
After the Kingmaker, Ser Criston Cole, was slain by archers, Roddy the Ruin sounded the charge which began the Butcher's Ball.
Roderick died during the First Battle of Tumbleton while leading his remaining Winter Wolves against Lord Ormund Hightower. Although Ser Bryndon Hightower chopped off Roderick's shield arm, the frenzied Lord Dustin was able to slay both Hightowers before dying himself.
*Quotes*
We have come to die for the dragon queen.
-Roderick to Sabitha Frey
Best make an end to these lions before the dragons come.
-Roderick prior to the Battle by the Lakeshore
*Criston:* If there is to be battle here, many of your own will die as well.
*Roderick:* That's why we come. Winter's here. Time for us to go. No better way to die than sword in hand.
-Criston Cole and Roderick
As the singers tell it, Lord Roderick was blood from head to heel as he came on, with splintered shield and cracked helm, yet so drunk with battle that he did not even seem to feel his wounds.
-Gyldayn writing of the First Battle of Tumbleton.

Forecasting my favorite HOT D character rankings once the series is done...
1. Daemon Targaryen
*2.* *Roderick* *Dustin*
3. Rhaenyra Targaryen
4. Viserys I Targaryen
5. Rhaenys Targaryen
6. Aegon III Targaryen
7. Baela Targaryen
8. Laena Velaryon
9. Nettles
10. Cregan Stark
Aemond is not going to do himself any favors in popularity after he kills one of the most popular characters in the Battle at Rook's Rest. I expect he'll be surpassed in popularity when Cregan Stark and Roddy the Ruin shows up.
You’re so hilarious and intelligent!
How does aegon the younger become king?
whoever is in charge of the casting , THANK YOU
the fact that some people support Alicent's kids because of their hair color is discrimination = )))
This will be a lot for a nearly unknown actress-Rhaenara
And Aemond made lunch 😅
Also Kevin Spoilers is my king and I bend the knee. Make me part of the kings guard sir.
