This is a 3-parts hands on tutorial video about repairing a stuck-up electric fan. This type is a stand fan. The gear assembly that used to allow the fan to sway left and right is missing a gear and a knob. I have no replacement for that part so I leave it as it is and fix the stuck-up problem instead.
