The programming of these devices are at first really unintuitive in my opinion. First of all, when you turn some light on, I would expect also to be asked when to turn the light off! What else would a timer be used for? Considering the few buttons, you are really limited with duble function buttons and a program that sequentially moves towards the goal which at first glance seems to miss the turnoff time. With some patience and reading manuals it then becomes clear that it is possible to program it to turn on some light, which will then never be turned off !?! No warning, no leads. Having programmed more timers now - this standard seems to have taken root among leading manufacturers, so just get used to it. And it is not with out its advantages. This way it is possible to set up quite complicated schemes. But intutive it is not - not in my world. Advice for manufacturers: 1. In the manual, right at the top as the first sentence of advice, it should be made clear in few words how the program is thought out, which help to look for on the screen during programming and not the least, a warning that it is possible to program it to only turn on - for never to turn off - hint something with weekdays also in that regard - crossing over to a new weekday!! 2. Please leave space on the screen for some numbers which count up until completely done, like 1 0f5 steps or 1 / 5. It would be extremely helpful. 3. If the screen reports it is saving - in my world this means we are done and I did never get to program this and that. If there are some midpoint savings, it should be clear that it is midpont savings and not the end of session. Maybe I am old and want to be helped along. Then it is just me and you shold continue as usually. Anyway, when passed the software hurdle it is a great product and the software has it advantages🙂.
