hello, i have a UPS Emerson Liebert model NX10 ( 10kva power ), in February 2002 I changed all the batteries and it worked for about a month. A few days ago it started not working again. I see on the upper strip between the 4 LEDs, 3 are lit green, the third is off. Below, on the other hand, there is a red lit LED that indicates the batteries. The general maintenance technicians do not know what the cause is and the service center is about 1000 km away. could you help me to get an indication of what failure it can be and how to fix it? what needs to be checked?many thanks
Hello Maxastuto. I am a Vertiv (Liebert) customer and I posted this video because I thought the startup/shutdown procedure might be useful to other users of the Liebert NX UPS. I am not qualified to do fault analysis or trouble shooting. Perhaps someone else may have a different suggestion, but my thought is that you contact Vertiv or another support organization with qualified support engineers. I am sorry not to be able to provide a better answer.

We have our support contract with a qualified support company and they perform our preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs. I wish I could be of more help, but my advice is to work with a factory trained engineer to resolve the issue.
If the fault you are talking about is a "battery maintain" error then that's a reminder to change the batteries. But if you have the wrong version firmware, you'll need to have Liebert come out and upgrade to another version to reset the error.

Switch ON the bypass breaker Q2 4. Switch ON the input breaker Q1 5. Switch ON the battery charger QF2(neutral) and QF1 respectively. * Switch OFF procedure 1. Switch OFF the battery charger QF1 and QF2(neutral) respectively. 2. Switch OFF the input breaker Q1. 3. Switch OFF the bypass breaker Q2. 4. Switch OFF the output breaker Q5. 5. It's the 'end of life' alarm. Set for 5 years. You need the software to reset it.
YOu may be able to go intothe setup manual, password 12345.
