Whenever I watch videos.... I can hear my heartbeat fast. Back head paining, neck pain, feeling helpless.. No an inch of hope... I don't feel like trusting any human... In order to escape from 2nd mom .. I got married . Due to father pressure.. Without completing degree.. 😢now with two kids 14 years of marriage.. Always my head voice says however we should escape from here I kept ignore until I diagnosed with rhematoid arthitis. And then I was so confused saw mam video... I thought the mistake is mine... Some how and someday I will change the relationship but no..... I went out with the help of my father again with flying monkeys I came back. I filed case and came back... This like black hole I can't live here nor I can escape...

Let me tell you a point.. recognise that you are in that " trauma bond"... Then decide yourself that if that person is a damn cruel selfish one, you don't have to care/love him/ her...Give yourself time to escape from the trap.. Tell yourself that this is a process that is going to take time.. so you will not be stressed out...
