please clarify, you are basically shifting the USB connection from system to Wifi router? There is no dongle or similar arrangement which can completely avoid USB cable?
The purpose of that printer is print wirelessly and it should not be connected to the router, please disconnect the printer from the router and test the wireless connection of the printer, it should not be that way.

Any way to print from iOS? Works perfectly from Android (thank you very much!) but I couldn't get it to work from iOS. Update: so, looks like the problem here is the driver support... And there is a way (not an easy way, but at least it works) to print from iOS devices, as well. Unfortunately, it requires an Apple AirPort Express or Extreme router and an app called Printer Share. But yeah...that's pretty much the only way I found to get this to work.
