That cape warning was a lie. I flew from my roof top all the way to the ground.
The what are sheep for? WHAT ARE SHEEP FOR, JUNKMAN?!
I look at these warning labels and asking myself, “Would people really ignore these warnings and do this?” Then I look at how the world is now and I’m like “Yes, they would”.
Not quite a warning label, but I remember I used to have a tee shirt, and printed on the tag (where there's instructions on how to wash the shirt) was a bunch of PSA-type messages: stay in school, wear your seatbelt, don't ride your bike at night, etc.

The stoopid kids. LOL! I remember being one of the stoopid kids in the 80s. When I got my driver's license, my step-brother thought he could hang on to the hood of my car while I did a donut in the parking lot where I worked. He flew off and we had some stoopid story we told our parents to explain the road rash. If only my car had a warning label. Epic fail.

You should see modern toy commercials that say stuff like "special effects added. Toy doesn't really shoot sparkles or transform or move on its own," and other dumb crap.

Some silly kid watched " The Boy who could fly" one too many times. More seriously, looking at old toy boxes oft reminds me of happy and simpler times. It all really goes by all too quickly.
It's like in the old days when we wore Superman capes when we were kids. As for MASK, the only car that could drive himself was our pal KITT 😁

6:00 - She wasn't? Man! I was wondering why there were so many weird faces when I handed then her prom ticket and asked if she could have a booster seat and maybe a pillow or two to reach the table. When everyone said they were getting some action acfter the prom I said 'check out my action figure......'
What child genuinely believes their action figures are capable of driving toy cars?
Most of them are very obviously photoshopped in. The Lone Ranger one is on a different angle from the box and almost going off the edge, and the Casper text is in higher resolution than the box. They could have at least tried to make any of them convincing.

After the first act, it was awkward,
really off and goofy ..
Both my sister and myself agree, we hated the Casper movie.
As luck would have it, we got it on tape as a gift when it came out, still awkward, still hated it.
What'd we do? We watched the Hell out of it. :) hahah!
The thing I liked most about the movie were the cameos.
Father Guido, Dan Aykroyd in his Ghostbusters uniform, and the mirror scene with Clint Eastwood and Rodney Dangerfield.
Kat's mom was hot, though.
