I remember Bring Up the Bodies being my favourite of the trilogy, although I'm ashamed to say I haven't read any of her other books yet. I definitely need to get on that.
She’s back!! 🎉 So happy you’ve dived into the realm of the elderlings! Assassins apprentice is my favourite book ever. The magic in Hobb’s writing, how she places you right into Buckkeep it’s insane. I know people say it’s slow but I feel like it just went with the tone of the book.
Totally! I didn’t find the series slow at all. I love the small details, mundane days, & deepening of relationships. It has the slow burn effect but I loved every moment!
What a great wrap-up! Really enjoying your videos recently as I feel like we have such similar tastes! I just picked up Veniss Underground and Assassin's Apprentice and Wolf Hall have been eyeing me from my shelves for a while. I feel confident I'll love them so wanted to wait for the *perfect* moment to start, but I think I need to just go ahead and dive in haha
Love love your videos!
Idk if this sounds weird but I feel like you and sunbeamsjess would be great book buddies. You two seem to have pretty similar reading taste.
Welcome back! ☺

The Cromwell trilogy and Farseer trilogy would make superb autumn / winter reads so now is the time!
This made me want to re read the farseer trilogy, I’m in the middle of liveship traders and lovinnnnnng.
I cannot wait to start the Liveship Traders series. I’m trying to wait until 2024 but we’ll see…
