Dear Red Bull media, Please see the above. This is how it's done!! Regards, ----------------- This is Lyndon's true gift to the world he's given us all back the Dakar! The combination of the on-boards, heli footage, interviews, and the behind the scenes chat has brought this race to us like like no Dakar in years. Hats off to whole Races2Places team for giving us all another astonishingly high quality product and allow us to share in their fantastic journey.
I have never meet anyone in the group but find myself watching these videos like I am following life long friends. I am setting on the edge of my seat. I can not say enough about the great work you are all doing. THANK YOU
You guys have to be running on fumes by the time this is done, but the bigger the challenges, the greater the rewards. I can’t wait to see you all on the podium. I am so glad I donated to the project, on one level it makes me feel like I am a little part of this adventure. Knock em dead guys!
Forget the other races going on elsewhere. THIS is THE RACE and YOU ARE THE TEAM ! Guys, you are amazing pilots, mechanics, support crew ! I wish you all the fun possible. You've got the best attitude towards this kind of event. For those of us wishing to be there , watching you everyday is the next best thing there is right now ! The images are stunning ! Keep up the good work ! Love you guys !
Seriously who gives these videos a thumbs down......Best media coverage of any event and now there is a team of okes to get stoked for! Thanks Lyndon and the other okes for doing this so my couch is less boring!
Happy to see the transit van off the sweeper. I cannot believe you guys are sleeping in desert winter without sleeping bags !! Wow ! Ocean of sand dunes today. I think I know now where Lyndon gets his looks and confidence. From Poskitt senior. Dario, you are doing a awesome job with media production. Professionally and that magical look. Two thumbs up. Thanks mate. ...chow
Hi Team R2P...your videos and music are amazing!!!...I am following the Dakar as well and I can tell...the Africa race and the videos you are sharing are much better in my opinion! Thanks a lot!! Hugs from Brazil!
Looked for this last night but I think it came up about midnight, so we were asleep. Great footage to watch this morning then, and magic as always. Thanks to the production team for such a good video, and it has something for everyone, my wife enjoys watching too. We used to follow the Dakar footage day by day 2 years ago, this is equally good filming and with more ‘general’ interest thrown in, with the whole team and its ups and downs. Keep On It Lyndon and team! Les
So I just came home her in my apartment in Tokyo, after taking my fat ol' Vstrom on some Mt. Tsukuba mountain roads and come home to this! Amazing bikes, riders and the organization is impressive. Beautiful, Lyndon and team! Enjoy the moment and thanks for doing all this, that has never been so well documented before.
Oh my goodness...what an amazing project, teamwork and awesome media work. You all can be so proud!!! What a privilege for us viewer to see the progress and scenes around the race. I think nobody can imagine how much work this really is for all of you. Thanks so much for sharing. So much Poskettivity ....!
Thanks Team, awesome footage! Loved the big roosts from Joey off the top of the dunes. Matt's step-offs were good as he was right to continue on. Thanks to Zoe & Tanguy for throwing their $$$$ in to make this all possible!
Never knew much about this event til a month ago. Never "got into it" until watching these videos. Now I'm "IN" for the long haul! Hope ALL of the Team does well. Thanks for making this series. Cheers.
Lyndon is already famous in the motorcycle industry. But after your outstanding videos of this series, he will be a legend !! 🤘🤘 Fantastic job, worth every second of each vids
Fabulous footage - from the return of the van to the helo coverage in the dunes - it's really a treat to see and experience the race. Cold hands? Costco sells hand and foot warmer pods. Best wishes to the team!
This is wicked. Go team Races to Places. Hope your getting some good monetation cause there is so many adds now as this series viewership must have grown. Good stuff guys.
Races 2 Places Team -thanks for the awesome episodes! Love seeing the teamwork that makes the dreamwork possible. Well Done and looking forward to the rest of the race.
I'm just watching this for about the third time while waiting for episode 8. I'm not giving away any spoilers but have you noticed how many of the latest Africa Eco Rally TH-cam videos have Lyndon as a thumbnail! - Go R2R 🏍 👍
This the first time I’ve followed the Dakar, and I’m so glad I have. Lyndon and his team are fantastic. I look forward to every episode, it certainly brightens up a dull January day.
Really enjoying watching the team race, fantastic coverage. Hats off to the old man Poskitt and the mechanics for working around the clock. We have come to love Basil bike and Rex, do these bike have names?
Keep up the good work! I love the editing with the choppers and bikes, letting the KTM's set the musical score! Press on Team Races to Places for the win!
Go boys!! The Dakar media crew could learn a few things here. Met Lyndon over at the Adventure Rider Centre in Mijas last January (and bought a set of wheels from him). Nice guy and can ride the wheels of a dirt bike. ✊️✊️
Fantastic - great editing, combining and sync'ing from the different sources. Even Matt taking time to wipe the camera lens after tumble. What an excellent Team!
Loved all the videos from the beginning! Really great to see some videos from the organisation production in your edits (ex: videos from the chopper), and some of your onboard cameras in the edits of the race official videos!! Perfect exchanges!
Oh man this is bloody amazing. I thought i was watching a Guy Richie film when Robin was talking about the transit van. The accent and the music...Anywho, love what you guys are all doing; good luck and stay safe!
Fantastic editing and footage guys, I'm absolutely loving this series, you doing an amazing job on the bikes and with the media 👍🏼 Looking forward to the future episodes. Keep it upright and bring it home. Joey you biscuit, you're my new man crush, you looked like a riding God in that chopper footage 😂😂👍🏼
Great stage for all this one. Good to see them sick dunes! I can't wait to see the next episode! I follow the tracking when I can at work and the next will be a dozey!
Makes me proud to be supporting this adventure every-time I see the Speed Couriers logo ;) How much more sleep/downtime this time do you get compared to Malle Moto?
Helicopter shots: overlay the audio from the GoPros, even if it's not exact, nobody would be able tell, but there'd be more consistency in the audio fro the listener. Question: Are helmet mounts for GoPros not allowed? As much as I like chest mounts, the rally towers take up a good bit of the shot. Awesome footage nonetheless.
Lyndon you need to change your gopro to the shin piece on your helmet! Check out Jeff Walker's videos! Those high speed sections would look epic without the tower in front. Awesome work! Loving it!
Helmet cams would allow us to see the track better. Not a huge fan of the chest mount seeing the bikes tower in the way so much. Hope you all change the view angle at times. Just a thought anyway. Ride safe and Gods Blessings to you all
You can see how hard your dad is working with the emotion in his voice and on his face. Dad of the year award !!!!
Dear Red Bull media,

Joe Bond my dad is doing the same race this minute!!
Hi Ollie, that’s great, good luck to your dad.
This race is not the Dakar.
My apologies for being so stupid.
Joe Bond well ur not really wrong because this route is the old Dakar so it would have been the original route
Well done oaks! Brilliant editing Dario! Ride safe guys and have fun. Joey, you are epic man... You guys look so factory!

Helicopter shots: overlay the audio from the GoPros, even if it's not exact, nobody would be able tell, but there'd be more consistency in the audio fro the listener.

You are the best my friend
Great team effort, all looking good out there.
Joey is quite the character! :)
im so happy about the team! :) go Poskitt team! :)
How much did the helicopter shots cost? Look great just wondering
That sand looks seriously hard to ride !
Lyndon you need to change your gopro to the shin piece on your helmet! Check out Jeff Walker's videos! Those high speed sections would look epic without the tower in front. Awesome work! Loving it!
Do these bikes have dry sump oil system, so if it falls over with engine running, it will still get lubrication??
Stunning
Loving it! Get after it and catch that mouse Pyndon!
Brilliant that's all I need to say 👍
Helmet cams would allow us to see the track better. Not a huge fan of the chest mount seeing the bikes tower in the way so much. Hope you all change the view angle at times. Just a thought anyway. Ride safe and Gods Blessings to you all
Incredible
Looking good boys!
Some helmet cam mounts would make for some good footage!
Those chopper shots! SAWEEEEEET
