sir maine to ye nahi bola ki heat sink nahi lagana hai but agar aap aluminium ka heat sink use karte hai to ek fan bhi waha pe lagayiye otherwise mota plastic sheet lagate hai to heat jyada nahi hoti hai i dont know but pahle maine aluminium heat sink use kiya tha dob jaldi hi fuse kar gaya phir maine mota plastic use kiya to still abhi tak kaam kar raha hai

its not flickring it is a effect of high brightness thats why camera does not recorde clean video ...exmp..power on your phone camera in the front of high brightness light and see video will recorde like flickring ....

if u want to avoid this type of problem u can add white pepar on light or make sure camera is in remote from light

ji nahi bhai plastic ka jo sheat maine back me jo lagaya hao wo heat ko absorb kar leta hai or light ko maine jab se banaya hai tabse continue 10 ghante daily use karta hu acche se kam kar rahi hai maine heat sink pe bhi try kiya tha lekin ulta hua waha pe dob plate 10 mint me hi kharab ho jati hai isiliye plastic use kiya to accha chal raha hai 🤗
