    I used to listen to Larry King on the radio when I worked overnights. He made the nights enjoyable. He was a pleasure to listen to and I loved the stories he used to tell. Rest in peace, Larry, rest in peace.

    I too used to see Larry King Live ,but not many on CNN. He was clear,straight forward and passionate advocate of his ideas.

    It is great to see a video with maybe the two greatest interviewers of all time. Completely different styles. I miss both of them.

    God bless him. “Loan me $50!” was how Larry was known in Miami before hitting the big leagues. Hope he made good on all those returns.

    Something that Larry and I had in common was our great fear of death. A few times I’d hear him mention it and I would relate. So I’ve always dreaded the day he finally passed. I’m extremely saddened.
    I knew one day he had to go - he even knew one day he did, too, but the older he got he would have to grasp at smaller and smaller straws. It makes me cry that one day; that will be me, as well.
    R.I.P to the greatest interviewer our world has ever had.

    A man I worked for in the 1980s was the guy who gave Larry his big break. Larry was known locally in South Florida, but unknown elsewhere. My boss, C. Edward Little, was president of the Mutual Broadcasting System and brought Larry to the network to do their all-night talk show. The rest is history.

      Actually, no specific cause of death was given. It was reported he had been diagnosed with the Coronavirus a few weeks prior to his death. Let's not go the route of the media and the medical fields by putting the whole cause on the virus when there were potentially comorbid conditions. Let us consider that he admittedly used to smoke 3 packs a day had lung cancer surgery and a heart attack.
