You said give you ideas well find a long straight branch clip it and straight stick it in the place you want to grow most likely all the leaves will fall off but if you stick it in the ground about a foot deep and have the same amount above ground it should take. pear trees have white dots on the branch that could make or turn in to roots. Here in Louisiana we do that a lot with most any tree or bush. Good luck
When is the time for aerial rooting of pears? What should the air temperature be and how long does it take for rooting to be successful? There is nothing wrong with other advice. ❤
the only question i have is the root amount compared to the new tree that will need to be supported by those roots. would smaller limbs be a better candidate?
Perhaps the owner should make a deal with the neighbor to share the fruit from the pear tree if they cut down the tree blocking the sun. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.

I hear if you don't have rooting hormone, a tablet of aspirin works just as well
Most of the time I use aloe vera as my rooting hormone.
