Rodtang is a beast! He’s levels above at 24. It’s like he decided to show the real deal instead of playing it close for the audience. I hope to watch more of this new aggressive Rodtang.
Him at 24 it means he is at his peak. The Thai fighters peak sooner and also fade sooner because of the amount of fights they have. I actually think that’s that reason why they’re absolute machines, imagine others fighters with more than 30 reaching their peak with the body they had at 25. Well, that’s basically what the Thai’s do. I know that you didn’t asked but I think the Thai’s are the only martial artists that know exactly when to peak on their life career.
And the way he respect his opponent make me love this guy

Rodtang noticed that and immediately had to make sure that his opponent was valued in some way, I’m sure he said some nice stuff to him at the end. If you think a fighter devastated because of his loss can find any type of comfort in “pretending” he is above his opponent while bleeding, i don’t really know what to say. You’re naive. 🤡

Smith was so careless when reaching to grab Rodtang. I feel that changed the momentum because Rodtang really peppered him badly when he did that and subsequently Rodtang opened up more

@@6184aabbcdefg I think it was a bit of both, I think it started as a long guard but when he'd get clipped he would just walk forward to close the distance and get tagged. But yeah, after the second time Rodtang did damage in that position, the fight was basically won because even Smiths demeanor changed and he became more focused on shelling
