always appreciate your videos. i know a lot of people who are interested in wrestling and grappling for mma and will always share your videos with them and anyone else interested and make sure you guys get the recognition you deserve. the most underrated channel for wrestling hands down 💯💯
One subject i have a hard time finding info on is breaking down the 4 point, tripod, quadpod or whatever people call it position. I know you say its the best eacape but how would you break them back down from on top?
5:48 pushing hand in if they drop their elbow 7:17 spiral 9:09 if spiraling and too far out do Seth gross move 8:24 make them peel (learn to tilt both sides) 26:04 bar tilt flat
Great instructional! I really enjoyed the different ways to get wrist control. I've never done much with the head lever so this will help alot. Would love to see something on foot sweeps.
Once you get the tie up, you want to attack as soon as you see the opening. The longer you wait the more of a chance they have to get out of their tie. I normally get to the tie up the use pushing pulling and fakes to set the shot up. Once a feel the opening I go
Thanks for the tilt series. Are you supposed to roll back the opposite direction after you score your nearfall. Or whats the best way to transition back into another scoring nearfall position

Definitely important I’ll make a mat return video at some point which will talk about that
you could also push the inside hand away from their body kinda like kicking a chair lag out from someone
I absolutely love the effort you put into these videos. Keep up the great work!❤
Thank you! Will do!

thank you, and definitly will have something in the future
just a quick question. this is about handfighting, once you get the preferable tie up should you try to hit the move right away?

this was really good coach
Thank you!
This is great, thank you for making these videos
No problem!
Brother can I use this in free style to maybe roll or get a fall
Not very common but some of the techniques can definitely work
@@ironfaithwrestlingis it possible if I am in the roll through tilt for example to let him push the other way and go back onto his back ?
Thanks for the tilt series. Are you supposed to roll back the opposite direction after you score your nearfall. Or whats the best way to transition back into another scoring nearfall position
If you get the full amount of back points, you’ll have to release the grip and go again
do you have anything on the front headlock (from sprawl)? would love to see it!

@@ironfaithwrestling awesome! thanks!
Why would you ever use the cheap tilt as opposed to the roll through and vice versa? Is it just which one you prefer?
@@user-tv1tp2fr1u sometimes it’s hard to push the arm tight around the hips to do the walk-through. That’s when you might do it two on one instead.
